This airlines breaks their people into 5 different classes, I'm not sure what or how they do it, I was a 5, I boarded last, people climbing over each other, use to be back to front, after 1st class, of course. Then I was told that the gate had been changed. Now I have a even longer walk back and then had to walk to a new gate. 3) This plane was late also. We were told the plane was still in the hanger. (Are you kidding me?) Then we had to wait some more for the clean up crew to do their thing and then the flight crew had to do their pre-flight check. Now to add insult to injury, the stewardess to us that the Wi-Fi was out on the plane. I was done and said I'll never fly United again! '"

Cons: "Multiple gate shifts, lack of communication with customer. Blaming flight cancellation on weather at destination when that wasn't the case at all. Geez don't lie it's not necessary! Had to take flight to Portland extra two hours of ground travel. No reimbursement. Weather issue you can't blame us. Funny the 737 had no issues departing SFO to PDX."
