The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

Delayed by 4 hours. Missed connection back to UK. Ended up 24 hours late with an overnight delay. Westjet offered hotel accommodation but when we got to the hotel they said it was fully booked. Terrible experience

Over an hour late. Lousy flight attendant who was just going through the motions in every aspect of her job. The Dash 8 aircraft is super basic (no entertainment system, small seats, limited storage). Carry on luggage doesn’t fit in overhead bins.

4 hour delay leaving Paris. Didn’t get to board through jetway. All of the passengers had to take busses from the terminal to the aircraft. Once we got to Calgary, we had a very long layover that was shortened significantly by the big delay leaving Paris ( when I originally booked the flights, the layover in Calgary was 3 hours, a month before the trip, WestJet changed the second flight which increased the layover to 8 hours!). The flight from Calgary to Nanaimo (ya, the one that they already bumped back by 5 hours) left over an hour late. So, instead of arriving home in Nanaimo at 2 pm, we arrived at 1am. It totally sucked.

Okay but not like typical first or business class. On domestic airlines

Hey it got me from A to B on time on a crazy day. No food is offered in board No entertainment options And worst of all, no communication regarding baggage claims in Atlanta!! Having precleared CBP in Canada and landing at a domestic gate I expected to pickup baggage at the domestic terminal. No indication in app of where to pick up bag. No text message from WestJet. So I went to domestic where my bag was NOT. Do you know what a pain it is to get from domestic terminal to international at ATL? 45 min ordeal. My bag was still on the carousel, along with many other WestJet bags from mine and other flights. I pity any arriving customer not familiar with ATL trying to find their bags in this circumstance. And then no way to catch Marta from international. This falls far below the standards expected of modern airlines.

The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.

I liked the kindness of the check in counter crew, the flexibility with changing seats and the comfort. Better free drink selection would have been good but it wasn't a long flight.

Did not realize this was a super budget airline - we even had to pay for a carry on!

Slow boarding process, tickets downgraded to Ultra Basic with no carry-on luggage, not enough space in overhead compartments

All was good except that the option to purchase wifi for texting throughout the flight didn't work. My partner and I both tried via the app, Chrome and Safari, we tried all payment options. Nothing worked. He was able to get ok blonde with he full coverage option, but it's nice to what we wanted or needed.

The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.

Both flights were late by about 30 minutes .. Other than that, everything was ok..

Fine. Though no food or entertainment so the survey needs to be updated with those options.

Backpack should NOT allowed put in the flight bin , only put it under the seat. I can't find space put my carry on luggage!!! and I pay for it ! that was very bad experience

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

It's unacceptable to receive your bags after 5 days, and having to call multiple times to get delivery.

My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them

The air-conditioning was poorly working. non sufficient over head space for even small regulation size carry-on luggage-ground crew should have been more persistent on offering to send carryon's to cargo .

Excellent. Wonderful agents from check-in through the end of my flight. I’ll definitely fly them again.

very disappointed with Air Canada, flight delay more than 4 hours.

Even though the flight was an hour and a half late ( unforeseen maintenance problems) every was great.

I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.

A 5-hour international flight did not even provide a small bag of snacks nor headset. When they refilled the water, I was also skipped without asking. In the next connecting flight at least a small bag of snacks was provided. So don’t understand why no fundamental service was provided for to international one

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

Getting boarding pass for international connected flight was a hassle. Huge libe to get boarding pass after two connected international flight is excessive to put someone on stress. They should provide online checking for all flights

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.

The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

full flight, could use more room....leg room fine seats tight

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!

Loved the food (vegetarian in our case). Super pleasant. We're in our 60s/70s and not speedy anymore but I never felt rushed. Entertainment choices very current, personalized, and fun. Asked to change seats with a man who had paid for his seats as well but something had occurred in process so he was two rows away from his small daughter. Staff was very efficient at mediating the exchange and gave us a beautiful little travel pack as a gift to agree to it. The seats were comfortable but reclined a bit much for my comfort. I'm glad I'm not claustrophobic as the person in front of me reclined to the max and I felt very enclosed. Very efficient crew simultaneously as super pleasant.
