Cons: "My onboard entertainment system's headphone didnt work. I Was told there is nothing they can do about it, which is fair enough, but i dont think it was fair on me. People kept bumping into my shoulder but i guess there isn't much that can be done about it."

Cons: "Only part that was a challenge was the transfer at Heathrow from one flight to the next. While it has improved since my last transit through there many years ago it is still not my first choice when I fly international."

Pros: "The food, entertainment, and service was superb! Very easy to overlook how late the flight was. I appreciated the blanket and other items provided!"
Cons: "After a week, I still do not have my luggage. This is due to the flight being delayed 2 hours and I do not know why it was delayed. Because it was delayed, I missed my connecting flight."

Cons: "Food was not the best, the leg room was ridiculously small and the entertainment system had some issues, but all in was a nice trip"

Cons: "I had a problem with seating due to a medical condition and I wasn't relocated"

Pros: "the pre-boarding for families with kids was nice, the staff were helpful during the flight"
Cons: "The flight home to DC was fine. The flight going to London from DCA was horrible.The deserts on the kids meals had mold on them. My daughter was vomiting as a result of the food. It ate into our trip which was hard for us as we were visiting my grandmother who is not well. We contacted the airline about it and their proposed compensation was not what we were expecting. Honestly we plan to make an annual trip but based on our experiences with this trip maybe we'll choose a different airline."

Pros: "The flight we ended up taking was just fine. The crew was very nice, most of the food was good, and the seats were comfortable even in stowage."
Cons: "Our flight was about 10 hours so we got 2 meals, 1 hot 1 cold. The hot meal had a vegetarian option and that was acceptable. The cold meal was a chicken salad sandwich with no other choices. As a vegetarian we tried to take off the chicken salad part and just eat the rest but that didn't leave much. Vegetarian options for all meals would have been nice."

Pros: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Cons: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Cons: "I fly regularly and British Airways has always been one of my favorite airlines. But this past flight, they charged for beverages. Even water and soda which on even the cheapest airlines are free. I understand it was a short flight, but charging for non alcoholic drinks is ridiculous. Last time I flew the same flight, they gave free everything including wine. Pretty disappointed."

Cons: "My luggage arrived 3 days after I did. Communication between baggage delivery service and BA baggage reps terrible. BA baggage reps never told delivery service the hotel room I was at was registered under another name. BA baggage reps gave me miss information each time I spoke with them."

Cons: "Older equipment without USB or outlets: deal breaker in this day and age."

Cons: "I was told this was a Finair flight and never received an email or phone call that it was changed to American Airlines. We stood at Finair check in line until the idiots there put up signs for Quatar. Typical American Airlines confusion, similar to past experiences."

Cons: "I was sleeping during meal time and when I woke up an hour later they told me that my meal was now below the temperature that they're allowed to serve it because it's dangerous. so I got bread instead. It's ridiculous either they serve me half the meal still frozen and the other half too hot too touch or it's considered unsafe."

Pros: "We did enjoy the movies and the crew was very friendly and helpful."

Cons: "Paying for everything. Only 2 toilets for entire economy section"

Pros: "The airline boarded a little late, but that's typical in Europe. They gave lots of food for the in-flight meal. Several people didn't have their screens work, so they rebooted the system, and then it worked fine. The crew constantly came through with beverages."

Cons: "Switched to a different plane because of delays. Was issued a ticket without getting an alert that i required a visa for italy, was detained and had to spend a night in an italian airport cell and deported the following day (not a honeymoon experience i was looking forward to)."

Pros: "Flight on time. Seats/pillows/blankets were clean. The crew was professional - high quality interaction that makes the difference between BA and other airlines. (other airline crews can be abrupt, rude, ignore passengers, especially with getting water outside of service times, standing while waiting to use lavatories, etc.)"
Cons: "Some garbage from prior flight in seat pockets of 2 seats we occupied. Entertainment system is a bit clunky, film choice not very good."

Cons: "person in seat reclined and their seat hit my knees and was uncomfortable"

Pros: "The food was good and the leg room was very good. The flight was on time."
Cons: "On both flight s going to LAX to London and London to LAX we were sitting in the back of the plan with all the families with noisy kids. on the flight to London I had two twins in one seat it was difficult for the mother and the children were all over the place. with a tantrum at the end of the flight because of having to have the seat belt on. On the flight home we were in the last row and all kinds of crying kids. If I ever fly again on British Air I want a seat further forward but if is hard to pre book your seat. We are in our 70's and would like a quieter area."

Cons: "Waking me up when I am clearly asleep to ask if I want food or drink 3 times. I think passengers should not be disturbed. Forgetting to offer me duty free shopping later in flight when I clearly said yes I would like to shop and then when I remembered it was too late."
