Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling."

Cons: "Flight Attendants completely ignored all my requests Flight attendant we're the most rude I have ever dealt with I have been flying for over 43 years now and first time on Royal Maroc. Flight attendants did not give us any choices when it came to meals, just throw a package at you to eat like a dog."
Cons: "Oman airlines refused to board in zurich without any intimation neither from airlines nor from agency I am an heart patient and got mild stroke when I heard this and I paid 550 Swiss Frances to take the same flight on same time I need to peruse this case on top priority and reimburse the payment. Awaiting for your urgent reply. I want to know what could be the reason before I need to take further action."
Pros: "My bags where opened and my items where stolen from my luggages"
Cons: "They canceled my flight forcing me to leave my vacation a day early with not even a 24 hrs notice. This resulted in me losing out on money that I had already spent on tickets, the place we were staying, parking my car etc."

Cons: "A majority of the staff was rude. The plane was outdated. There was no in flight entertainment."

Cons: "We sat on a hot bus blowing hot air on the tarmac waiting to board the plane for 15 - 20 minutes. Then we sat on a hot plane with no A/C without updates for 30 minutes. It was a terrible waiting experience and I was very uncomfortable, especially with my infant in my lap."

Cons: "I could bring or purchase a bottle of water on board. I have anxiety and am constantly dehydrated from my medication so that was a bit frustrating."
Cons: "They say they provide people with a lounge (salon) to rest in while in transit but the place has no clean toilets, and not Bligh seats to relax and be comfortable. The planes have no entertainment and I feel as though I was targeted and asked to move my seat 3 times before take off! Will not be flying Air Maroc anytime soon."

One crew member walked in on me in the bathroom, then told another passenger about it and laughed, then proceeded to joke with me about it right after and when we landed. I've written to their corporate office. They need a lesson from Lufthansa crew members, ASAP."

Cons: "Boarding at CMN was the most disorganized mess I have EVER seen with people just jumping in wherever they felt like it and the gate attendants chatting, giggling and taking their time. The air on the plane was not up enough so it was incredibly HOT the entire flight. In fact, there was a baby across the aisle screaming the entire flight because she was overheating. The crew did nothing to help the situation and were only around to deliver food/drinks and that was about it. There was no entertainment so that made the flight even more unbearable. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke and someone was CLEARLY smoking on board the plane somewhere but the crew did nothing about that either. The crew was significantly more rude on this leg from CMN to CKY and I am not sure if they feel this is acceptable because of their destination but I can tell you that it is NOT! Everyone on board is a paying customer and deserves the same respect. Also, please do not assume that everyone on board speaks the same 2 languages."

Moroccan food, good space for legs and arms (economy class), and aparently a good in-flight entertainment (I devoted my time reading a book, so I didn't use it except to follow the flight progress) Read the bad points, I would give a 4 or 5 for this flight If I could skip the break at CMN airport"
Cons: "The airport (CMN), which works as a hub for Royal Air Marroc, is terrible, long queues, only few workers speak English, lack of information and/or instructions. - I think the worst are the ones which say "yes, yes" instead of just say "I don't speak English" In my first flight they didn't transfer my luggage during my flight transfer in CMN airport, which arrived 7 days later. The company do not do efforts to annouce that they pay the accommodation for flight transfer, in CMN, with more than few hours"

Cons: "Conakry to Casablanca leg always jam packed, uncomfortable. Add more flights please. Please enforce seat assignments, particularly when 100% sold. Always find someone sitting in my seat when I board and staff usually does nothing about it. For a flight from 2am to 6am, i would rather sleep than eat....and please don't wake me up to offer food."
