The flight crew was great. Very pleasant and helpful.
They lost my luggage. Also the plane left Seoul almost an hour late. The plane itself was very old, so no electronic devices of any kind were allowed, some of the seat controls didnt work, and there were no private video screens. And this was in business class.
The flight was canceled but United and delta were still flying to New York. Air China was not working with them to help us. The earliest next flight was five days later...... their staff were extremely unprofessional. I asked to update to business class. One staff told me it was 1300usd, another one told me it was 3600usd, and one told me it was 10,000 usd???

There was a air hostess I wish I knew her name I was seated at the very back she really took care of me she thought I was sick she kept asking me am I ok Flyer NH 175 LAX / Nairta because I did not eat at all the food was good don't get me wrong all Airlines should have people like her
My flight arriving Narita was lat but I was taking care everything was a range excellent again
The crew is attentive and kind, the promptness is the airline, they aren’t afraid to serve you top notch food and dessert
The only thing that soured my trip was on the way back, it was a passenger who was just way overboard disgusting. First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. Reaches down into his nethers and takes a good whiff of his hand. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176
The extra inches were nice. Fairly comfortable seat. And the ice cream was a nice treat.
I thought I would get a little more than a few extra inches in Economy Plus. Maybe an overnight packet (ear plugs, eye mask, toothbrush?) and/or a foot rest for the extra money, but it was literally only a few extra inches of space.
Service was excellent. Stewardess always came back with what they promised to bring. Premium economy seating was very good.
Food could be better. Entertainment was somewhat limited. The older plane on one leg meant no wifi and no noise-cancelling headset
The airline was late in arriving for my translate flight but when I got to the airport in Narita everything was taken care excellent ground service
The flight attendants gave me the most beautiful hospitality hope you keep up the good job this was my third time around using ANA
