Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .
Didn't have my boarding pass until Montreal, really stressful and neither Luftansa or Air Canada were rlly helpful.
Please see other message. One flight was cancelled and neither Lufthansa or Air cañada would book me on another flight as they did not have me in their computer(with the numbers you assisted me with) HELP
Pros: "The crew on-board was nicer this time"
Cons: "Had wait in line for more than 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk) and then conform to the 10kg carry-on (both backpack and suitcase) rule which didn't happen on the first flight. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the whole process of dealing with Norwegian is confusing."
Pros: "The crew were nice and the service very good. The layover was short."
Cons: "Our luggage was lost so we had to go back to the airport the day after. In economy class the Last 3 central rows or even more, have no carryon storage. We were stuck with our carryons for over 7 hours during the flight Montreal Munich. This is the case if you fly their new A350-390."
Pros: "Never seen such a large streaming movie library. Never seen live stream at seat from cameras (3) outside the plane."
Cons: "It was not clear this was a no-checked-baggage flight, seeing as I specifically searched with flights with luggage. I chose Lufthansa's flight counting on the fact that international flights always allow one checked bag. I had to pay on that way here. I"ll have to pay on the way home."

Cons: "45min to 1 hour is barely enough to switch the plane in Frankfurt. Distances between gates are very significant and if you are not running there is a possibility you not going to make your connecting flight. Information how to get to the Z gates are not clear and it really takes a long time with all passport check points and security to pass through."
Pros: "Even for such a short flight you still get a small snack and drink."
Great travel. Only issues were rude passengers, sorry to say.

Cons: "Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy"

Cons: "In old section of Lisbon airport, and inadequate space to conduct orderly and efficient boarding Both deplaning and re boarding done via movable ramps and passage to and from exposed to weather (thankfully not raining)."
Pros: "We missed the flight by five minutes do to our connecting flight being late. We had mechanical issues, weather delays and an aborted landing in Miami."
Cons: "Tap would not roll us over for the next day. We had executive tickets in business class. They wanted 3000.00 dollars each for the flight."

Cons: "The terminal in Lisbon is poor. Poor food choices. Dirty bathrooms. And keep an eye on the change you get back, 2 out of 2 purchases they tried to shortchange me... one was for over 2 euros."
Pros: "The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines."
Cons: "The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline."
