I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
My experience on this United Airlines flight was highly uncomfortable, primarily due to two issues: Cabin Temperature: The temperature on the Boeing 737 MAX 8 was unacceptably high, feeling consistently around 80 degrees throughout the flight. This made sleeping impossible and significantly detracted from the experience. Seating Arrangement: Being stuck in a middle seat for a six-and-a-half-hour overnight flight compounded the discomfort. Moving forward, I will always purchase a seat assignment to avoid this situation.
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth
Efficient, calm when things were delayed and kept us regularly informed of what was happening.
I accidentally touched a cabin steward as she passed by and she reacted harshly yelling in a loud voice “don’t touch me”. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I would characterize a few of the cabin crew as pretentious and aloof. Not at all what is expected. That was the first leg of our trip from Montreal to Munich. The second leg from Munich to Nice was more in keeping with the service I expected.
The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.
It was crazy, boarded over a hour late from scheduled departure. Then when arrived in BNA issued with getting off the plane…over 1/2 hour. Not looking forward to flying Air Canada, ever again.
Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating
The service to/from the airport/plane (wheelchair assistance for my mother in law) was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The staff on the plane was also very nice. The food quality could have been better (mashed chicken sandwich).
The flight was great. I like it when airline capitalism give you information. For someone with flight jitters it really helps. And this captain was very cheery and reassuring. I had trouble understanding the head flight attendant because she spoke very fast. But overall staff were very helpful and kind.
1 hour late No hot drinks No restroom in the back of the plane
You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back
I did the posting for 45 years. I just retired. I’m the only seat in the plane but didn’t have any phone. It has to be mine so imagine seeing 13 hours on the flat seat with a belt that didn’t close all the rest was OK.
I had wonderful wheelchair assistance through the Montreal airport onto the flight. Air Canada was excellent in this both at the Fredericton airport and the Montreal one where an attendant helped us through customs as well as transport and baggage security.
I couldnt recline the seat. Other than that crew was very attentive and helpful. Thsnk you
I had to go to the boarding counter for them to enter my return flight as it’s not with Avianca. There was a long queue as there were lots of people being called to the counter.
Horrible experience. Flight cancelled. Arrived at destination 12 hs later. No one gave us an answer or any information. Very very poor service. We won’t ever travel again with Avianca
Did not fly with Pakistan International Airlines. Have never flown with Pakistan International Airlines.
Luggage lost and nowhere to be found, no response from either airline regarding my bag
The usb plugs for charging your phone didn’t work, the seats were coarse and hard. Not very comfortable. No inflight WiFi
No food, terms when selling are not clear. To pricy for the service in general
The incoming plane was late and no information was shared. They even announced we would board in 10 muntes 40 minutes prior to the plane arriving, and the website said until takeoff that we had taken off an hour earlier
Boarding was excessively slow. They do it by groups in a way that it doesn’t make sense. After business class , ppl that need assistance and any other priority group they should have ppl board from the back to the front. First rows 20+. Then 15+. Then 10, etc. having ppl sitting in the back board last makes no sense. The libe backame long as soon as ppl on rows 10 or so where told to board. The line went all the way up the ramp and tunnel for 25 mins.
The chicken that was served in business class was cold!
