Cons: "Extra rules about headphones are annoying and no beverage options. Horrible terminal that does not let you get a drink before boarding and gate agent did not update boarding when it was late, so no one could venture off and get a drink of water before flight."

Cons: "Air Canada is just worse and worse"

Pros: "Just I had flight."
Cons: "When I got bording pas I don't have sate number and zone number. when I ask many times just they told me wait.....I had many flights from different air lines but I didn't saw like that."

Pros: "They allowed us to make an earlier connection without any fee. That was very kind. Thank you."

Cons: "Sat on tarmac for over an hour prior to takeoff due to "refuelling difficulties - plane fault. No coffee on a 6 am flight!!! No offer of water, snack whilst waiting on plane."

Pros: "the cew was nice"
Cons: "The terminal had no food options at all when we were in a very delayed flight and hungry. We were not given seats ahead of time and therefore were assigned the last row which was very uncomfortable and could not recline. No one was at the desk to help with the seats for a Very long time. The boarding process was not good."

Pros: "Not a lot"
Cons: "Poor aircraft, uncomfortable seats, not recommended."

Pros: "We got to Toronto"
Cons: "Those seats are tight. Also, the crew at the Toronto airport seemed to get mixed up a bit showing us where the transfer queue was."

Pros: "Short flight so can't say much. Lol"

Pros: "Arrived on time"

Pros: "Didn't actually take this flight due to a missed connection."

Pros: "The staff were very friendly."
Cons: "Some of the equipment on the airplane didn't work. TV monitors."

Pros: "Wasn't too late. Plane seemed clean."
Cons: "Seated beside a young child with behavioral problems. Father mostly slept. Child stood on seat and jumped up and down, crawled under seats, threw ipad on my foot repeatedly, spilled his drink all over himself and his seat, screamed whenever his seat belt had to go on or his table top couldn't be down. At one point, the dad lost his temper, swore at the child, and covered him with a blanket in a big screaming match before doing up his seat belt--I was afraid he had smothered him but it had the effect of calming him down. No attendant even tried to intervene apart from asking "can I see your kid's boarding pass?" People should have to disclose when they are travelling with a child with severe behavioural problems and attendants should rescue anyone forced to sit beside one or at least make the parent care for the child. Also, a minimum of crackers or pretzels would be nice with drink on 5-hour flight. The entertainment system wasn't operating correctly and kept having to be reset by crew or reset itself. And, after first class etc. board, why don't they board the people at the back of the plane first, not the ones at the front? It took forever because people in front zones hadn't settled into their seats before people from the back zones tried to board."

Pros: "Not anyone's fault --- delayed due to Fog. Then on rout to Ottawa when they started selling food, they ran out of the main breakfast meals and or cheese plates by isle 19."

Pros: "I'll like it when i board."
Cons: "The fact i haven't boarded yet."

Pros: "Pretty routine"
Cons: "Long delay, but weather dictated this."

Cons: "Seats are always too close to the ones in front , crushing knees."

Pros: "Air Canada you suck. Told us that our flight wouldn't leave before we boarded as the computer system was down country wide. We still stood in like for an hour and hey could have manually checked us in as they did others. We were promised no planes would leave and when we got to the gate our plane was pulling away leaving 10 of us to scramble to find another flight. Customer service argued with me saying no flights were going to Ottawa and my Kayak app told me otherwise. Thanks for making my flight home for a funeral that much more stressful and having my family wait 4 hours risking all of our lives with freezing rain drive home."

Pros: "Entertainment"
Cons: "too hot in cabin missing brewage onboard"

Cons: "The crew didn't finish the inflight service so a bunch of us didn't get drinks or snacks. This was all the more frustrating when the flight then circled Ottawa for 20 minutes before landing."

Pros: "When you plan travel over the Holiday season you expect hiccups and huge crowds and a lot of grumpy people in unrealistic hurries....his the me was not like that at all. Everyone was great except for security in Calgary!!! Don't know what the deal was but they set a record for the slowest I have EVER been in. It took so s almost an hour and there were not that many people in line...it was epic"

Pros: "Pathetic delay time that was not weather related, they should have had another plane. I will not say that I will never fly Air Canada again just because departure time may leave me no choice but given a choice that suits my travel schedule it will not be them."

Cons: "N/c"

Pros: "Comfortable aircraft - 767"
Cons: "What food? Salt pretzels are not even truly safely edible!"

Pros: "On time Excellent take off and landing Good service"

Pros: "unfortunately, not much."
Cons: "The check in was a mess. Ticket counters were scattered, three flights going to Canada and no one was directing the lines. People in line were shouting at each other and getting angry. Took two hours to check in.....had to run to catch flight and I was there two hours before boarding time."

Pros: "Everything, good food, good people, good times"

Pros: "same as above"
Cons: "same as above"

Cons: "They lost our checked baggage. Luckily we did get them back within 20 hours."

Pros: "good overall...so MUCH BETTER THAN Air Canada rouge service we took from Ottawa to Venice. Rouge service is very poor!!"

Pros: "The pilot and the crew are very proffesional."

Pros: "Everything on time"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "AC was helpful arranging a delivery of the delayed luggage. But carrier was further delayed from the scheduled delivery time."

Cons: "No good movies or music"

Pros: "Flying out RDU, it was delayed for 3+ hours without any reason. Took close to an hour to change flights at RDU with a very grumpy agent. I was told that I could delay a day and fly the same route the next day, or fly to Toronto, stay there a night paid by Air Canada. Was advised to stay at Toronto since the flight from RDU to Toronto delay excessively with high frequency (and it was delayed 6+ hour the next day). Flied to Toronto, was shuffled through different lines without getting anything. At 10:40PM, after arrived 1 hour 40+ minutes, sent to a line with more than 100 people in front of me..... :-( It's a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "A wonderful agent named Danyelle Mariner in Raleigh did an excellent job finding us an alternative flight when she saw that we would not make our connecting flight in Toronto. Thanks"
Cons: "There seems to be a problem with the Toronto flights in the afternoon. If they are all being rescheduled change the plan."

Pros: "We left and arrived early, the seat was surprisingly comfortable (it helped that there were lots of empty seats, including next to me), my full-size carry-on fit easily in the overhead bin, despite it being a small plane, the in-flight entertainment was always on and pretty good... everything went well."
Cons: "Only the things I've grown to expect on any domestic service (e.g., no food)."

Cons: "There was no access to movies."

Pros: "I like the comfort of the seats and how fast the boarding and take off was."
Cons: "I did not like that I was not offered peanuts during my flight. The last time they offered free peanuts"

Pros: "as above"
Cons: "nothing"

Pros: "AC changed to a different plane for our flight at the last minute, so seat assignments were messed up, and we had paid extra to choose seats. So why pay extra for seating when the airline can put you wherever they want at their discretion. In addition there was a minor delay in take off while the flight deck crew had to re-programmed the avionics to our scheduled route. But we made up the time en route and were only a few minutes late. On the whole, not a bad flight experience, just the usual frustration in the process. I long for the days when flying was a pure pleasure."

Pros: "On time. Comfortable. Good service. But small overhead baggage space. Had to put my carry on under a seat. For those francophones, you'll find that the flight attendant's (there's only one) bilingualism is rather poor. YYZ Toronto Pearson Airport however disappointed me: very poor indications for connecting flights and gate areas."

Pros: "Hourly flights in a Boing 676. Comfy economy class seats with leather headrest (cleaner than fabric). Ample overhead space for carry ons. Individual TV monitors with entertainment (I prefer leaving it on flight itinerary status while reading a book). Good bretzels & tomato juice served by a multilingual flight staff. Boarding, departure & arrival on time to the second. Can't ask for more."

Pros: "Flight attendant very caring and friendly."
Cons: "Gate attendant very rude - made my daughter cry Her seat was way at the back. Baggage handlers lost a luggage strap - sturdy one 7 boarding pass The gate was changed to one at the end farthest from original gate It was supposed to be two flights - she ended up with 7 boarding passes in the end. Second really unpleasant flight with Air Canada in less than a year. Will avoid Air Canada from here on."

Cons: "delayed every flight ,lost luggage"

Cons: "Salty pretzels!"

Pros: "flight was on time"
Cons: "not even a little snack served with the drinks and the amount of legroom was minimal and I'm not tall"

Pros: "The crew actually enforced the zones when boarding, which often isn't the case and tends to slow things down."
Cons: "This connecting flight was worse, as we sat on the tarmac for well over an hour and were not provided with so much as a single beverage the entire time we were waiting or flying. Apart from the great in-flight entertainment system, the whole experience was brutal."

Pros: "Nice that they are giving out small snacks again. But there was no water in the bathroom sink and my chair did not recline. Those were very basic parts of a flight that were missing."
