Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.
it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks
While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the following observations are for your awareness. There was some delay on the tarmac on take off and landing. The paid lunch/food offerings were limited. Entertainment was only available on WiFi at a cost.
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
They have trouble to keep their flights in schedule. Seems not having enough staff to provide appropriate customer service. Lacking real agents on site to help customers. Have to use QR code/web site/call to be able to talk to real person can help you - and you may have to punch though series of options first, then hold until someone assist you. Similar for baggage claim, no real agent onsite helping if you missing luggage, not like other airline next to UA desk having staff there even after midnight to assist customers.
Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.
The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.
I really didn't like anything 😕...it was an horrible experience, the personal is rude and lower in IQ ,the food ⁉️ there was no food, and all the rest forget about it 🤮❗️....they don't know what hell they are doing......
Boarding was delayed by over 30 minutes. No announcement regarding the delay.
I have a hand injury and the flight attendant denied to help me with luggage, she said "she couldn't help me because I should manage my own way to put the luggage on the plane" SO RUDE
I had two around 6 hours flight and they did not even offer water to us.
Pretty terrible, was unable to check out of a flight through the app. Could not check in to my flights with the app. Had to call customer service but they were not much help. Nothing on my itinerary said I had to check in with American Airlines when I reached the United States. I almost missed my flight. I had to run to the gate and get dressed in the tunnel. GOL seemed really unorganized at the desks for check in and took a lot longer than other airlines
Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.
Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.
Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!
Mechanical issues caused our flight to be cancelled 1 hour into the flight; which was an issue they knew about, prior to take-off. There remedy was to reschedule my flights with Delta to JFK and then with United, out of Newark, to Phoenix. However, they never gave me a voucher for the 35 mile trip between JFK and Newark, which cost me $322.00.

As mentioned previously the professionalism and speed of the Air crew was amazing… Sarah in particular was a joy to observe and interact with, she made my flight!
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
Air Canada first class was a very good experience, it was my first time flying first class . A friend of mine that was with me in the flight paid for my tickets otherwise I would not , if I could afford I would fly first class ! 💪💪💪 I flew many times in air Canada economy class and is also good , I travel to Argentina couple of times a year . Thank you !
Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved
Baggage lost and still waiting. Lack of communication. Expect more from our national airline
The plane was new. Should give more options on food.
Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.
One of our Party (IW) left her phone on the plane. Although you found it immediately (YEAH!!), we were at baggage claim when the overhead announcement alerted us. It was VERY challenging to retrieve the phone. IG was told to go back through security to get back to the gate. But they did not have the phone, and IG was told to go to ticketing. Once she got to ticketing, she learned the agent had left the phone at the gate. When it was finally retrieved - the current agent decided it wasn't very important and IG had to wait until he served everyone line. Only then did he return the phone. Meanwhile, our ride, my roommate, had to wait (not at the curb per airport policy, and with no indication on why it was taking so long), OVER an hour for the phone to be returned. We were a bit frantic not knowing that it was merely a stubborn agent - and not a real problem - since there was no communication. Appreciate your finding the phone - wish it hadn't taken so long to hand it back.
Air Canada did not provide a reservation number for the code share flights with GOL that made it impossible for me to find my three flights with them, reserve flights, make changes, etc. Air Canada was unresponsive to multiple contacts from the concierge at the best hotel in Rio who said the Air Canada line in Brazil was never answered; multiple calls from me over a five-day period to the Brazil and US / Canada numbers were never answered. Also unanswered were Tweet and IM, which were recommended by the Air Canada app and online as a way to reach customer service. I was unable to reserve a seat and confirm a special meal - not life or death but expected and customary interactions with an airline. Air Canada offers an easy way to designate food preference but doesn't include vegan in the choices. Somehow, on the Sao Paolo-Toronto flight, I had food with tofu and soy protein; the flight down was pasta with cheese - not optimal. I give GOL credit (code share partner) for the tofu and soy.
First of all, could be Kyak's fault he we couldn't for days check in on line via Kayak or Jet Smart. We can't get the app either. Luckily on LATAM I managed to get the WiFi and contact Jet smart via what's app. This was horrendous and the person was unhelpful to start with. But we explained and she managed to check us in as if she didn't we wouldn't have got on the flight as would've been too late to check in. At the gate they were checking everyone's bag for size. My bag was 1 cm over and they tried to charge me $255 soles to carry it on but was 225 to put it in the hold. We had to pay to put both bags in the hold adding £100 to the cost of the flight. We had to carry the bags as the jet smart sight doesn't allow us to add bags which would've cost us £13 each so £26 on booking instead of £100. Staff at the gate were rude to us and other passengers. I'm sure they were on commission to get money off passengers for the bags. The lady flight attendant was pleasant but over ruled buy this jumped up young guy when I asked if my partner could sit beside me. The plane was 1/3 full. Then he was rude most of the flight. Avoid jet smart at all costs! Worrying thing is we have a return journey with these shower of.... We have been on their site the past two days trying to add bags but site won't do anything. I think this is on purpose to get more money out of passengers. As I said avoid at all costs.
Terrible website. Does not work most of the time I tired using it to check in. Had to have someone from another country help me check in. Their customer service is the worst.
The crew was polite, the Captain specially was cool! But the onboard service was nonexistent: No entertainment, no food, no reclining seats. I know it is a low cost, but the cost of the ticket was not so low for just the transport service.
Was a good flight, no delays and good customer service.
Customer service is horrible. Our flight was at 9pm and we were at check in counter by 7pm. The crew strolls in at 7.30 without even an apology. We were suppose to get our boarding passes online but the website was not working at expected and the staff kept arguing with us saying that is not possible.
There was no entertainment but everyone just used their phones.
The app told us that carry on luggage was included but we were made to pay for it again at the check in counter, making it a very expensive flight. Not happy
I was charged 168 soles for kids stroller. We have travelled across the world and have never charged for the stroller. Horrific airlines and the staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us board unless we pay the extra baggage cost. Never ever flying this airline and I would recommend the same for the others.
Avoid this airline. They are unprofessional. The captain left several passengers on ground due to covid restrictions which were never communicated. As a chilean, I am ashamed that this low level airline comes from my country. Remember this horrible brand and avoid it... Jetsmart

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position
No complimentary food and beverage (water, soda, coffe) is offered for a six and a half hours long international flight, not even in premium economy, just to try to squeeze a few more dollars out of the passengers. Same happened in the connecting flight, which was three and a half hours long (Bogota x Miami). First and last time flying with Avianca.
Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.
Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.
Terrible Business cabin from GRU to BOG. I also flew from BOG to CUN on Premium seat, another disappointment. Not even water is offered for free! Avianca should be ashamed about this poor service.
Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
