Delay. Flight was delayed in Washington.knew that connection was impossible as not enough time to switch terminals. The steward would not let me stay the night. So forced to Dallas.late night, after 10pm.hotel checkin was one hour. Passengers lined up only one girl to checkin at comfort inn. No food availability at that time. Had to leave early at 6:30 am to catch a flight at 8:45. Stressfull.
Being in business class! Not liking being suggested that blinds should be closed in the day time. I like to look out of the window.
Both flights were delayed. One by an hour and the other by 1 1/2 hours after boarding.

well, I had to cancel my flight well in advance as my wife is very ill. Nobody gave a damn. No refund. No offer to reset a date. No humanity. There you are. profits uber alles.
Gate changes 30 minutes before boarding was a real inconvenience. Especially since it was from Terminal A to C. This is the second time this has happened on our trips within a month of each other
I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.
