She was in the wrong seat but she obviously did not speak English. She was also of the age where she could have had dementia. He said that she was responsible for holding up the plane and the boarding process. On the return flight, I encountered a very rude boarding agent. Her actions warranted an apology, but I did not receive one. She just would not look at me."

Pros: "A couple of flight attendants were really really nice. I am diabetic and ran into a bit of a problem, one was so sweet and caring about it and helped me out. I really felt safe with her."

Air canada wasn't able to get us a hotel voucher until 1:45 am and hotel check in at 2 am. Complete disruption of travel plans. Customer service at Toronto airport was terrible."

Moreover when I contacted vayama as my bookings were proceeded by them even they dint helped me and then I had to cancel my ticket. Cons: "As we were ready to start boarding, suddenly the desk employees announced that anyone who had done a self serve or web check in needed to come to the desk with ID. Seemed like at least 75% had done this! Also at the same time they decided to make a point about only 1 hand carry per person and probably 25% of the so called hand carry items ended up being checked in as they were far too big and never should have been allowed in the first place. A good portion of the passenger had 2 hand carry SUITCASES each. This all should have been dealt with during the waiting period - not at the 30 min mark before departure. Flight departed late as a result."

Pros: "The crew for this flight was amazing! Very helpful and informative. Friendly is an understatement. Safety was a priority especially when we went through a little turbulence. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience."

Cons: "One of the crew members was very mean towards some people I was sitting near. They were older and didn't realize that once we pushed off you had to remain in your seat and she came and told them they were breaking the law and would be arrested for standing up, in such a nasty tone they didn't say another word the whole flight. When we were offered something to drink they declined. I jumped out of my seat realized I forgot to ask where the bags were placed that were collected on the jet bridge and went back to ask if they were in baggage claim or not and she yelled at me for turning around and told me she could not speak me because I had exited the plane already."

Cons: "My husband, myself and 11 year old son were seated separately. We requested seats together. I was told by the desk staff that there were younger children also seated away from their parents. Once in board, I observed several families with adults seated together and children older than 11 seated together. Priority should have been given to younger children to sit with at least one parent. I was uncomfortable with my minor aged child was seated with strangers for a 5 hour flight. In flight online entertainment didn't work initially."

Pros: "The Mexican service always is so kind, excellent pilot, the trip was so windy, and I felt secure. You were beyond my expectations, we arrived a half hour before, thank you so much."

Then the lady I went to see at the customer service desk was rude, and rejected me from first class even though it was THEIR MISTAKE I was booked there. Then I didn't even land at LAX! I had to take another flight that landed at Ontario so I can make my appointment on time. Will NEVER travel with United again!"
