The agent at check in was very cordial and gave me seat 4a with nobody beside me as I asked if possible
Seats not as comfortable but understand as it was a smaller plane/ short flight. All in all, I’ve never had any issues with Porter. Great company to fly with
3.5 hr delay for a 1 hr work flight. No information as to why the delay until 20 mins before boarding.

Overall very good... staff were friendly and helpful. boarding was good for the most part, but a little hard to get our carry-on bags on there.... I think people should be directed to keep their coats and small bags with them until all the carry-ons are loaded, and then, if there is space, they can put their small bags and coats up top.. makes it much easier to put baggage up. i loved the internet feature, but the entertainment was not there unless you have your own Netflix or similar platform. My chair did not recline, which was very annoying, and the arms won't go up near the isle, which makes it tough to get in and out of the seat.
The staff is always great. Just the fact that our flight was the only one delayed from Halifax when all other carries were still flying. It happen a year ago out of Toronto as well. All others were flying but our flight got cancelled 1 hr before the time of departure.
Chaotic boarding, but mostly my issues are with Toronto airport
Flight delayed by half hour, causing rush to get to connecting flight in Toronto Pearson which doesn’t have good flow for managing immigration check and connections.
Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.
Flight was smooth and comfortable. The crew were exceptional. Amanda, Nichole and Hershel were attentive to our every need. So friendly. My daughter and I were surprised at quality of service. We ran into trouble in Montreal. Exited the plane and Air Canada was excellent getting everyone quickly to their destinations. I give Air Canada a 100%.
Couldn't fit knees, only 1 toilet working, didn't get anything to drink cause the stewards were not able to get to us

Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
No paper towels in bathroom. Aisle seat difficult to get out of Other than those, excellent service
Had to sit on the plane for 3 hours before they kicked us off and canceled the flight and we only received two free food vouchers absolutely ridiculous
Plenty of room in the exit row. Sat on the plane an hour before taking off.☹️ Landed late and had to wait for gate availability.

Boarding was quick, everything on time, no food, but drinks served twice. Seat in front was leaned back the whole flight, so was tight during take off. Seats were otherwise comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly
There was only good for purchase. In the international flights it used to be better.
