Update.us on flight information in a more timely manner. Don’t say we are boarding on time ten minutes before the boarding time when the aircraft isn’t arriving for another forty minutes.
Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
Its usually good but this flight was just mediocre. It WAS, however, on time, and got us home early. We had asked for a special meal. The one we got was not what we had requested and the staff said there were no extras so we my family essentially went without food on this 10 hr flight. Not the end of the work. Breakfast was a dry cold bun with some salad leaves and a slice of tomato. That’s it. Skipped it too and ate at home. I expect better from American.

Deplaning time. Having to wait 10 to 25 minutes after boarding to leave the gate. Having to wait 10 minutes to park at the gate to deplane.☹️
Flight was scheduled to leave at 6:25am. Went to bed at 9pm to get enough sleep. Flight cancelled at 1am that morning. Only flights available either landed at 8:30pm (9 hours later and 3 hours after the event I was trying to attend) or in a completely different state. Way to screw up my weekend, American.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
Flights were on time. That's the main consideration since I had to change planes. The entertainment was whatever you bring with you and the food (in Economy) is non-existant. Neither of those was a surprise.
Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.
