Flight was delayed again and again ultimately almost three hours getting us to our location at close to midnight by the time we got in and out of airport to destination. I had taken time off work to enjoy an evening at destination and that was now wasted
Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
We had a very pleasant flight with very comfortable seats and nice staff.
Its usually good but this flight was just mediocre. It WAS, however, on time, and got us home early. We had asked for a special meal. The one we got was not what we had requested and the staff said there were no extras so we my family essentially went without food on this 10 hr flight. Not the end of the work. Breakfast was a dry cold bun with some salad leaves and a slice of tomato. That’s it. Skipped it too and ate at home. I expect better from American.

Flight was scheduled to leave at 6:25am. Went to bed at 9pm to get enough sleep. Flight cancelled at 1am that morning. Only flights available either landed at 8:30pm (9 hours later and 3 hours after the event I was trying to attend) or in a completely different state. Way to screw up my weekend, American.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
Flights were on time. That's the main consideration since I had to change planes. The entertainment was whatever you bring with you and the food (in Economy) is non-existant. Neither of those was a surprise.
