Cons: "I bought my ticket in June and when I went to check-in I was given a standby ticket and was told that the flight was overbooked, and that I should have done mobile check-in. I was very anxious that I did not have a seat, and that I would not be able to board the plane. They kept telling me at the gate that they would call me when they had a seat until I forced my way to the counter and handed them my boarding pass and said I need a seat now. Poor communication and disorganization."

Pros: "No WiFi. Tiny TV screen every 3 rows and played a grow up movie. My 5 year old child had nothing to watch and no way to entertain him self. One of the diaper changing tables was broken."

Cons: "Copa placed passangers in scattered seats even if they were together, we had to talk to other passangers to switch spots. The crew was unhelpful most of the time. Boarding was totally disorganized, it reminded me of a persian market trying to go though a single door, all at once. Security bands to form lines were obviously unavailable. The whole experience was like riding an old bus with no technology, and it’s entertainment was along these lines."

Pros: "My son was terrified and was screaming I really appreciated how one of the attendants tried to cheer him up and even held him to comfort him, took him to see the captain and they told me to do whatever I needed to comfort him, they made me feel relieved and also food was good"
Pros: "It was my first time with COPA. I went to Buenos Aires with them (Montréal»Panama City and Panama City»BA). Aircrafts were much nicer and newer for the Panama»BA portion. The boarding was on-time and the staff was very nice. Considering the price I paid, the food was totally acceptable. Also, they automatically made my check-in for me and my son the day before our departure (returning back to Montréal) which was a pleasant surprise! I do recommend COPA for a good price/service ratio."
