The stewardess put me in a great seat when I was helpful to another passenger upon boarding. Also everyone seemed to be quite attentive and helpful during the covid situation, where people are a bit unnerved. I appreciated the effort to make everyone happy."

There are no USB ports nor are there electric Outlets, yet you're expected to use your own tablet or phone to access their entertainment. When flying across the country that's a little ridiculous in this day and age."

However, instead of waiting at the gate, we waited over 45 minutes on the plane instead of letting us know about this additional delay prior to boarding. Also, the legroom was laughable, as the person in front of me hit my knees as soon as he began reclining."

Also, if you are going to offer carry-on baggage, then make sure you can honor it!No one took charge Or do we get to charge you $60 for the luxury of being able to check our bags to their final destination?"
