other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

It's unacceptable to receive your bags after 5 days, and having to call multiple times to get delivery.

My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them

The air-conditioning was poorly working. non sufficient over head space for even small regulation size carry-on luggage-ground crew should have been more persistent on offering to send carryon's to cargo .

Even though the flight was an hour and a half late ( unforeseen maintenance problems) every was great.

I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.

A 5-hour international flight did not even provide a small bag of snacks nor headset. When they refilled the water, I was also skipped without asking. In the next connecting flight at least a small bag of snacks was provided. So don’t understand why no fundamental service was provided for to international one

Overall very positive. First time flying Air Canada. Only 50 minutes for transfer in Montreal. Made my gate only because I ran the whole way for my international travel. Told I would make boarding when I checkedin in Houston. If I was older I would have missed my flight.

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
