Very long flight time. Still better than a connection flight. Staff is very good at service. Vegetarian food is not very good.
Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.

They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
I normally love Korean Air, but this trip was not great. We boarded the plan and were settling into our seats. My son and I use these leg swings and we used it on the trip over to Cambodia, but on the way back the flight attendant very rudely told us we could not use it and that it was against regulations. I asked to see the regulation, but never saw it. The food on this trip was horrible as well, Even my son's kids meal was disgusting so we didn't eat anything on the flight. Thankfully we brought snacks. Entertainment - what happened to the games?
Plane took off on time and I had the whole row to myself!
This was an amazing flight. The crew was great. The service was great. The food provided was great.
There was a lot of partial tv shows but not enough to last the flight. The food was incredible! The crew were so helpful and patient. Lots more space than what I usually get on an international flight. Very comfortable!
Although the crew was eventually very good, they complained loudly about EVERYTHING before the takeoff. Did not set the stage for a good trip in business class. The western meal choices were pretty mediocre as were the wine choices. We took an ANA flight to Tokyo and they were outstanding!

It was really fast to Tokyo. Much faster than the budget carriers. However a lot less space than international flights.
Flight was excellent. Transfer from one airport to another airport for a connecting flight was difficult and stressful.
Seats were extremely cramped even for economy. Food was atrocious. Crew was fine but no follow up, additional drinks offered etc. For a 14 hour flight I expected more.
Boarding was good. Inflight service was good. Alcoholic drinks could have been served free.

The bed / seat was very hard , not at all comfortable for an 11 hr flight .. food was strange , never have I eaten roast chicken and mash potatoes for breakfast!! Very odd
Their was $200 charge for 2nd luggage, airplane very new and flight smooth. Flight time seem faster then Asian stoping Korea then china.

One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.
