Chaotic boarding, but mostly my issues are with Toronto airport

Flight delayed by half hour, causing rush to get to connecting flight in Toronto Pearson which doesn’t have good flow for managing immigration check and connections.

Service was amazing, and the plane was comfortable even for this long haul. But they could have more movies selections. But they were still a lot to choose from.

Due to mechanical problems it was delayed causing problems the actual flight. Was fune

Wish we had music during take off and landing like the last flight

First time with Porter and I can say this is best airline company in Canada. Great service, free WiFi, free snack and drinks (including beer and wine). Seats were super comfy on the Embraer jet and I appreciated the folding try table too. Staff were excellent both legs of the trip.

Crew is ok. They offered food n drinks. Had difficulty connecting to wifi on board.

Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.

Great. Porter is very efficient, welcoming, and organized. I fly Porter often.

Flight was smooth and comfortable. The crew were exceptional. Amanda, Nichole and Hershel were attentive to our every need. So friendly. My daughter and I were surprised at quality of service. My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Excellent. Wonderful agents from check-in through the end of my flight. I’ll definitely fly them again.

No entertainment - although it was a small plane, short flight. Had to check my small carry on bag which was inconvenient - I DID like that I got text messages as it moved through the cycle of pick up and dispensation at the baggage claim area. It gave me piece of mind to know it was moving along. I've had too many experiences of lost luggage (not with Air Canada) that I always travel light and with a carryon when possible.

The plane was boarding at gate 50 and there was a flight to Toronto at gate 52 making the boarding are chaotic and busy.

Very poor. Flight was cancelled last minute to deploy the plane for another route

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.
