Very long flight time. Still better than a connection flight. Staff is very good at service. Vegetarian food is not very good.
The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.
Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
There could have been better spacing of the passengers, it was crowded in some parts of the plane then other while rows were empty

One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.

Great Value with Tway Airlines I highly recommend flying with Tway Airlines—especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. While the lowest fare comes with limited luggage allowance, it suited me perfectly since I was traveling light. Check-in and boarding were impressively fast and hassle-free. The ground staff and cabin crew were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout the journey. Although the aircraft was an older model and lacked inflight entertainment, this was a minor trade-off considering the ticket cost was nearly 70% lower than typical fares on the ICN–FRA route. If you're focused on value and efficiency over luxury, Tway delivers a smooth and pleasant experience.
I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.

Bumped from my connected flight, we arrived earlier than scheduled and I was bumped 4.5 hours later. There was no reason, they said my time I wouldn’t have connected in time. I had 41 minutes. None of Westjet customer service in airport could figure out why me and my 5 year old were bumped from flight we booked. We had 10 minutes to get to next gate after we got off the plane, one lady mentioned that’s not enough time to get to next gate. I was there in 3 minutes. Was originally suppose to fly out at 6:50 pm And was re scheduled to 11:45pm.

Terrible. I was charged $75 for a checked bag when I only had a carry on. The lady at the desk said she couldn’t refund me the money and that I had to call westjet. I called the next day and they said they couldn’t refund me because there is no way to prove I didn’t have a checked bag.
WestJet employees were not properly informed about where my luggage was going causing extreme confusion and almost made me miss my flight
WestJet continues to live up to budget airline status. The flight crew were not particularly friendly and just were not attentive. We were served cold meals, not initially given any cutlery, and served wrong beverage orders. Seats are not comfortable, especially for long haul flights, and there is basically no offered in/flight entertainment. Fortunately they did have a WiFi service which did seem to work for streaming and connecting kids tablets, but if you were not prepared you were left scrambling. Mix that in with the strike concerns leading up to flights, it made for a less than ideal flight (especially when comparing it to similar class in Air Canada for the outbound flight). Third flight with WestJet but not necessarily planning on booking again.

It was ok. Jet was ok but it lacked many convinces we have experienced on other airlines such as in seat entertainment. Space seamed more compact than other airlines. They did not provide the gate to gate assistance we arranged for for our mom who needed a wheel chair.
Good flight. We were all boarded in good time for departure time but baggage loading had barely begun. So left late. No food just snacks and basic drinks for free (food also for purchase). No entertainment as again, unable to connect with wifi on WestJet despite being a rewards member.
For some reason pretty much all zones were called almost one after the other and we all ended up standing without moving for what seemed like a long time. Definitely not WestJet’s fault. Likely the guys in hiviz vests at boarding desk. The big problem was zero explanation. If there is a good reason for something people will understand. As a consequence of this delay flight was quite late leaving. Zero entertainment on board. I’m a Rewards member but was unable to connect to the Wifi. First world problems, I know. Flight was otherwise excellent.
$2600 for the flight with food then not even a dog will eat specially breakfast

The service was good ... I wondered if the stewardess was OK though as she seemed quite sad.
Terrible food, unprofessional flight attendants, and an uncomfortable seat. The food they provided was the worst I have ever had since I flew. They were worse than any cheap food you can get at convenience stores. A flight attendant talked to me in an insulting and demanding manner. If she wanted to say something, she should have said it professionally and kindly. No flight attendants served any drinks or snacks. If I needed a drink or snacks, I had to get up from my seat and go to the airplane's back area and serve myself. What were the flight attendants doing during their work shifts? A man sitting in front of me fully extended his chair to the back, so I had virtually no space to eat with reasonable comfort. Many people were so inconsiderate of others and fully extended their chairs to the back that they did not have enough space to eat. Flight attendants ignored these situations and never bothered to tell passengers to return their chairs to upright positions during the mealtime. I want to be comfortable and don't care if others feel uncomfortable because of me. Those were the dominant thoughts of people in that airplane. I paid more than $2000.00 for this terrible experience.

I had a great time flying with Air Canada on my 16+ hour journey over to Korea. The food was wonderful they had all kinds of options. Keep up the good work Air Canada I will most definitely fly with you again.
Food made me sick. There were delays on almost every flight.
The flight was delayed, gate crew gave confusing and contradictory instructions on where to queue.
