Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.

Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.

they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.

Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.

As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.

I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)

Lynda was rude and unhelpful. We asked for tea wiht a slice of lemon. She served us Coffee instead. When we spoke to her she made it seem as if we were lying. I asked if she would like to taste it and see - her reply was I don’t need to be rude. After this incident we were treated with subpar service for all beverages and food items after. We’re were purposely left out when they did garbage collection.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

All good, but plane outdated, seat uncomfortable, food that we had was 4 out of 10. Crew was great!

Lack of crew staffs to handle emergency medical situations that ending no meal served and only hot water and bag of pretzels served for business class!

Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

The app and the information given at the counter did not match.

We were sent via the ac app to a wrong gate. And then got a boarding message to the original gate. Had to run through the airport to get to the gate just in time. Were they purposely trying to trick me? The day before flight was sent a message for free change of flight. Kinda suspect they oversold the flight.

Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.
