Cons: "Travel agency did not notify me that I needed to get a Yellow Fever immunization"

Pros: "Everything else"
Cons: "Was cold on plane"

Pros: "Flight delayed and changing of gates"
Cons: "To far from one gate to the other, you need a shuttle"

Cons: "The flight was as usual delayed. It has become usual scenario to loose connecting flights from London."

Cons: "Unreasonable delay, not very friendly crew."

Pros: "Food served was excellent"
Cons: "The TV screens are very dark and hard to see"

Pros: "The entertainment selection was great and the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "Maybe we needed to specify this earlier, but there were no vegetarian options offered for the meals. It's minor, but it'd be nice to have that option when we're asked instead of needing to arrange it beforehand."

Pros: "Walking past the Turkish Airlines desk in Dulles and knowing I would NEVER have to interact with these monsters again."
Cons: "I am an experienced traveler. I've been to 17 countries and have flown over a million miles in both business and coach. My wife encountered a problem in Istanbul that involved an airport transit visa through Canada. I am certain that any other airline we’ve ever flown would’ve assisted us, since it was easily resolved. To Turkish Airlines, this is simply a part of their business model and a chance to make more money. It took about 8 hours of our time at 5 different airport locations to eventually buy new tickets to get back the next day. Our original tickets say: “REISSUE With 200.00 USD penalty. What I didn’t see was the fine print at the bottom: “Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change rules regarding ticket changes and refunds.”. They mean it. As bad as our personal experience was, the real reason we are so appalled is that we were there long enough to see this is the norm for them. In our single day there, we saw at least 100 other travelers going through similar things. The ONLY solution ever offered is to purchase another ticket. We witnessed several people weeping. Many losing control and shouting. Their own personnel were screaming at customers (in a separate office area though, it was all yucks and laughing). These were people of all nationalities. Africans, Asians, Europeans. We were lucky because we had the means to purchase new tickets. Others clearly didn’t. I really don’t know what happened to some of them. One moment was very symbolic of the entire experience. Another vanquished traveler was paying $843 for a new ticket with cash. He handed her $845 but she, of course, had no change. Instead of the $5, he gave her two $1 bills. I had one in my pocket so gave it to her as well. She held my $1 bill up and pointed to the corner which had a very small piece torn off…no ink was missing…and sneered “I can’t accept this. She did this simply because she could. We were powerless. She knew it and reveled in it."

Cons: "Passengers checking luggage are better off waiting in the economy line - it moved much faster than the business class line."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The flight was an hour late!"

Pros: "This flight was cancelled; I don't have any remarkably positive comments about it."
Cons: "This flight was delayed for several hours after we had already boarded (due to maintenance, I think), then was unexpectedly cancelled. Air Canada staff did not communicate with us clearly about the cancellation. We asked several staff members for help and some of them simply walked away; seemed like staff did not know what was going on. We over 90 minutes for in-person assistance, only to be directed to a telephone to re-book our flight. We missed an entire day of our trip to Japan. I'm very disappointed in my experience flying Air Canada."

Cons: "I had to delay my whole trip one day as the fight was late by 5 hours. I had made specific plans to reach delhi on April 21. Since I am a physician, it wasn't easy to arrange coverage so I could make it to delhi for a particular event. And this delay in flight was a major disappointment and made all the effort futile."

Pros: "Seat were comfortable (however the struggle is when you have someone with long legs behind you...)"
Cons: "Entertainment was using the app, they could have had a sign at the gate so those of us that didn't have it could have download it before boarding."

Cons: "They lost our luggage not only on the way to our destination but also on the way home both times in Toronto"

Pros: "Plane was on time and manned appropriately with a single crew member. Gate checked bag was handled with care."
Cons: "No complaints."

Pros: "The staff was helpful and courteous. I liked the tv selection especially the Canadian content."
Cons: "The flight was delayed because of electric problems. The complimentary snacks aren't as good as other airlines."

Cons: "I didn't care about putting my own tags on my luggage or I had to put it on the conveyor. But when I get to my destination and no luggage to be found, I was pissed. The only thing I didn't do was put my luggage on the plane and when I did get it, the luggage was damaged. My luggage went from Kingston - Toronto - Barbados, back to Toronto with nothing wrong with the luggage. They cancelled the last flight to Kingston,so they put us in a hotel. But from Toronto back to Kingston was hell when we got to Kingston."

Cons: "Bag damaged. No one to report damage to"

Cons: "Twice now Air Canada has changed flight itineraries into SLC, this time by one day, making a 26 hour layover in Toronto and another time a 48 hour layover by changing the flight by two days."

Pros: "Online booking,boardong pass, alerts"

Cons: "Delayed because of mechanical issue"

Pros: "The food"
Cons: "The crew was absolutely terrible and very rude"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled after we already were sitting in the plane for 1.5 hour."

Pros: "My connecting flight to Yoronto was very late and I missed this flight. air Canada was awful. My last trip with this airline."

Cons: "Entertainment available was a poor selection."

Pros: "The flight was good."
Cons: "I ordered a kosher meal, but they did not have it."

Pros: "Staff was very nice"
Cons: "I always enjoy flying Porter Airlines because they give you one drink and a small snack for free. For a 5 hour flight I was surprised there wasn't anything complimentary.."

Cons: "The last leg of our entire trip, and it was late. We left about 1.5 hours late and they had trouble getting the gate to the plane when we landed. A long trip home was made even longer. I was very surprised that there were so many issues with timeliness on AC flights. In our outbound to Athens, two of the three flights left late, and they had to rebook part of our trip to accommodate. And the return trip was more of the same. I expected AC to be world-class and it was more like a regional airline in terms of performance."

Pros: "great lunch and very nice flight crew."
Cons: "flight was long but that is how one gets from europe to america. worst part of the trip was going thru USA customs in Toronto. They get a D- for incompetence.... but Air Canadaa had nothing to do with this...."

Pros: "Last row seats recline. Plenty of entertainment options. A long flight with one large meal, frequent drink options and snacks. Turbulence that the crew handled well, especially the landing."
Cons: "Seats on planes are just too small. Control panel to each screen is on the arm rest which kept getting hit accidentally. Poor choice of placement. Plenty of food but not all that tasty."

Cons: "Flight was 2 hours late after we already had a 5 hour lay-over. Waiting area quite small for so many flights to US .Felt like the ugly step-sisters."

Cons: "Minimal cabin service. Plane arrived late. Almost missed connection. Officious cabin attendant."

Cons: "Crowded gate with not enough chairs because of so many delays. We were delayed too because of the other backups, but flight was great once we boarded. Not a big deal to us but might have been if we had a connecting flight after that. This was the small commuter flight area so maybe that's just how it goes."

Cons: "Very rude staff, my flight from Dublin was delayed for three hours on the runway why they fix the leak for the restrooms. Once we landed I had to clear customs in Canada and get to the new flight. They told me when I finally had to make through the airport and through customs that I need to manage my time better and understand and give myself plenty of time to make the flight.. REALLY??? It wasn't my fault that their crappy plane wasn't working right wasn't my fault we were delayed but I need to manage my time better I think they fell and bumped their head!!"

Cons: "I will never fly Air Canada between Detroit and Toronto again. Both ways the crew looked exhausted and like they were rather be anyplace but working our flight. Both times they took our carry ons without giving us a choice. For our flight out this was a stressful nuisance because we had to catch a connecting overseas flight. This involved my husband and son going to baggage claim and then having to go back through customs and TSA. The whole point of carry ons is to avoid this. Luckily we didn't miss our international flight but not a good way to begin a trip of a lifetime. Flight was completely uncomfortable and it seemed like no one cared. Should have driven"

Pros: "It was short."
Cons: "The gate area was horribly crowded, extremely chaotic and hot."

Pros: "The onboard crew were excellent with dealing with the numerous irate flyers."
Cons: "Severe delays, little to no information about the whereabouts of the incoming flight, confused estimations and incomplete announcements. 3 hour late take off."

Pros: "flight attendant seemed very kind. I sooo appreciated that the landing was so incredibly smooth. I get motion sick sometimes so that was very nice."
Cons: "delayed 30 minutes waiting for the catering truck. Also, it was FREEZING in that plane, I thought my ankles were going to fall off."

Pros: "It was comfortable"
Cons: "Late. Again. Each of my flights with Air Canada has been late."

Pros: "Same. I was well taken care of despite the weather delay. Crew was friendly but more stressed and a little slow. Seats were comfortable and there was more leg room than normal."
Cons: "Not enough time with the lights off so we could sleep easier during the long flight."

Cons: "The final leg of our travel boarded over 2 hours late. No compensation given for that. Two planes were declared not fly worthy-low confidence. While not Air Canada's responsibility, Toronto's Pearson Airport was awful. We went through many airports on our travels and this stood out as the worst. Constant security checks that seemed unnecessary. Poor line management. Not enough security/immigration kiosks. Very expensive food. During our 2+hour delay for boarding, we observed constant gate changes for other flights. Flight organization seems poor."

Pros: "The in-flight entertainment system was enjoyable, though somewhat confusing to use. The staff were pleasant and professional."

Cons: "Cancelled my flight. I have zero faith in Air Canada."

Cons: "The rest room did not work"

Pros: "A nice short flight: there isn't much to say here, but the flight was smooth."
Cons: "The crewman seemed somewhat pushy. Perhaps a recalcitrant passenger put him in a bad mood."

Pros: "The flight itself was good. Nice and smooth with no issues"
Cons: "Boarding was confusing. They had 2 different flights leaving out of the same gate at almost the same time. There were some People who were confused."

Cons: "Like riding in the back seat of a corvette."

Cons: "Delays!"

Pros: "Entertainment options"
Cons: "Coach is miserably small and the lights were dimmed far too late"
