No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.

The plane was on time and i wish they had more than cookies to give away.
Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies
No place to chrge devices and no in flight entertainment
We did not take this trip !! I told Air Canada months ago to cancel this reservation . But , since they offered no rebate or a way to save credits everything was a loss . Why they continued to contact me about check in , etc . I will never understand!!
There wasn't even a screen on the seat for An almost 4 hours flight and they gave us water.....that's it. And for the record, it wasn't cheap
My seat was moved multiple times. I picked out the perfect seats beforehand. I even paid extra money for them. However, I was moved to a middle seat without warning at the last minute. It was like my worst nightmare. But other than that, the actual flight was good. Everything was on time or even early and the flight was smooth.
I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.
All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.
The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore.
