The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.

The customer service and the flight experience were very good!

Limited snack options cause the snack vendor was on strike

Due to a strike taking place with the airline, it negatively impacted my flight in multiple ways. My flight was delayed over 2 hours and the food served was mediocre at best.

Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.

All but one of four were on time. One was delayed for an hour

Both flights to and from Phoenix were delayed 2 hours each direction. Unacceptable. Disappointed with Air Canada I was given a food voucher fror trip to Phoenix but nothing on return. Both baggage claims took 2 hours to collect baggage

Nice small trip, No food included in ticket, but beverages were for free.

Treating guests with respect when they are having issues. Myself and another guest were expected to climb over someone who had a disability and was clearly not well. There was no assistance. Also when the lady beside me asked to see if there was a possibility to get off the plane as soon as they were able because her husband is having emergency surgery the flight attendant’s response was so rude and dismissive.

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent.

my flight from Toronto to Chicago was horrible. we tried to land 3 times, couldn't. they went to Milwaukee & sat on the plane/runway for another 1.5 hours. then they flew us back to Toronto. we had to stay overnight. the communication was bad. just told us to wait for an email update. no credit, no voucher for my additional night in a hotel. nothing. I will not fly air Canada again.

It went well until the end when they lost me baggage from Toronto to Ottawa and now my baggage tracking is "inactive"

Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.

Both flights were late for what appeared to be the airline’s not having the planes ready. Arrived over 6 hours late.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698

Lufthansa used to be the best not any more , food is cheap, crew needs to be on retirement )) we really like to see old type of Lufthansa back to business

Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.

Only two check in counters for online bag drop, economy and premium economy clients, NO management supervision whatsoever, no announcements, whilst Business and first class had three check in counters operational, with the bulk of clients flying economy on a 747…..very poor service indeed. Stood in a queue for two hours to check in!!!!!! The flight crew were equally indifferent.

Seats were very small in the economy class foe the high price. Vegetarian food was not good.

I would not fly again with Discover or Lufthansa. Every leg of the flight was either late (3+ hours) or cancelled at short notice. No alcohol supplied unless purchased.

There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.
