The seats are totally uncomfortable making the flight less than pleasant. The cookies & pretzels were terrible!!!
Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.
Was on a Swoop plane. No wifi and no Westjet connect

Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
Ground personnel in better mood. Sounded agressive wrt carry on bagage sizing.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
I can't say as it was cancelled and rerouted to Toronto. I had an unexpected 10 hour layover there. A new delay every hour, Flights overbooked. Misinformation given from registration to help desks. A long exhausting day of travel on the way home.
Very Poor Even with the disruptions our flight was delayed twice then eventually cancelled. Subsequently we to this date have lost 3 days of our vacation. The situation still remains unresolved

Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
