Pros: "Normal quick flt."
Cons: "Nothing really, pretty standard."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 1 & a half hours. no explanation. Was an hour flight to Columbus but we had to wait 45 minutes for our checked baggage because Air Canada didn't have enough people on staff. Our wait for baggage was almost as long as our flight. Everyone was really mad not just us."

Pros: "Good boarding procedure"

Cons: "Flight kept getting delayed without announcements or explanation. Seating is real tight with not enough seats in the commuter area"

Pros: "it is on time no hassle every things is smooth"

Pros: "with more than two hours delay and they changed the gates with little or no notice."

Cons: "2.5 hour delay and this seems fairly standard with this airline. Going to Toronto we had two long delays and one cancelled flight."

Cons: "Boarding area was a nightmare - hot , miles and miles of walking to get there, and crowded. The system for check-in is the stupidest i have ever seen - we were asked to scan passports and boarding passes then stand in a crowded area to wait for names to come up on an electronic board that could only be read from the front of the room. Who thought of that????"

Pros: "Flight crew was great."
Cons: "Delays--nearly an hour with both flights. AC was not working well on CMH-Toronto leg. We were told one unit was out."

Pros: "No delays nice flight"
Cons: "I was very unhappy at check in area, long queue to check in then at the baggage area I was told by a staff member to put the baggage onto the scales then lift it onto the conveyer belt I am a 74 year old senior and I had great difficulty doing this and I was very annoyed as the staff member watched me struggle but did not offer to help. A kind passanger assisted me. This was even more annoying as I had to pay $25:00 + tax for my case."

Cons: "As every other international flight I've been on has included a lot of food/wine/beer, this was a big disappointment for two long flights. In addition there were no in flight screens. I had a laptop but it is inconvenient to have that out while trying to do things in a small space. The chairs were also really uncomfortable, more than usual."

Cons: "Confusion at every airline because air canaduh forgot to release funds to other lines."

Pros: "Crew was very kind and courteous."
Cons: "Air Rouge app is awful. I'm fairly certain there are 11 year olds designing better apps on their parents PCs. Very slow, a lot of stopping, poor control over music and movie. Also, a piece of overly sweet banana bread does not a continental breakfast make."

Pros: "The crew was friendly."
Cons: "The crew did not cater to the passengers. Every international flight I've been on, the crew members always ask if we want more snacks or drinks. I was never approached. Also, I asked for an extra blanket and was told no."

Cons: "Some crew members were not always kind."

Pros: "Boarding was smooth and the crew was wonderful!"
Cons: "Air Canada changed my seat assignment at the gate. I had chosen a window-seat, but they switched me to a center seat. Also, there is no free in-flight entertainment if you don't have your own tablet/smartphone (neither of which I have). You can rent i-pads. I wish I had known that before flying."

Pros: "Great food and they gave us blankets and even free wine with dinner! I was also able to watch to new movies!"

Pros: "Good flight"
Cons: "Food choices"

Pros: "They've replaced the ridiculous entertainment system with a much better one."
Cons: "Unwise cost-saving efforts in the Vancouver Maple Leaf Lounge - obscure magazines only, croissants/pastries replaced with a loaf of bread, etc."

Pros: "Flight went as scheduled"
Cons: "Boarding pass said no meals so I bought very expensive sandwiches in the airport and then they served meals on the plane"

Pros: "Great crew. Gracious and helpful."
Cons: "Kayak was a nightmare to work with."

Cons: "The fight itself was fine. Not great. Not terrible. But the airline lost my son's suitcase and has been entirely unhelpful ever since then. Now we have been stuck in a foreign country without clothes and toiletries for 36 hours and Air Canada's "helpline" has been anything but helpful. They can not find any information on the location of the suitcase and hope that they will find it in another 48 hours. Rediculous!! I will never fly them again and suggest that you save your money, effort and vacation by flying with another airline."

Pros: "The 787 was amazing."
Cons: "I had to take two different flights connecting through London Heathrow to make this leg of the journey."

Cons: "Flight took off over 3 hours late. Worst part was online check in on United website wouldn't work 24 hours before the flight. So when we got to the airport they didn't confirm we could actually get on the flight because it was oversold until 7:30pm, 2.5 hours after our scheduled flight. We arrived to a wedding 15 mins before the place closed."

Pros: "Food tasted good"
Cons: "How close together the seats were."

Pros: "Absolutely nothing!!!!"
Cons: "You need to tell people what to expect on Air Canada Rogue - NEVER AGAIN!!"

Pros: "Smooth flight and competent, friendly crew."
Cons: "No TVs and limited movie selection."

Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "did not get my choice of meal Crew not accommodating"

Pros: "Same"
Cons: "Same"

Pros: "It was better fright than expected. We didn't enough time to enjoy Canada airport . We made a onetime fright but took long wait at customs."

Cons: "Was a bit of a pain when I wanted to simply get off the plane in Geneva since it would be shorter, but then the plane was late, but that can't be helped"

Pros: "Smooth boarding, friendly crew, pillow and blanket both serviceable. Food was a little better than I expected for economy."
Cons: "Baggage handling ripped handle clean off new suitcase, both ends. Delays in departures from Dublin led to us using stairs off of plane on tarmac. Entertainment mostly dependent on app you can't download on plane if you're using wi-fi."

Pros: "The extremely unempathetic Toronto Air Canada customer service agent was a particularly fond memory from my trip."
Cons: "After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline."

Pros: "Air Canada provided accommodations for me when I was informed about my removal from my connecting flight."
Cons: "I didn't enjoy the sassy customer service representative who "assisted" me in redirecting me for the next possible flight to India. She booked me for a flight to London and told me that I was also confirmed for an Air India flight from London to Delhi. This "confirmation" was false after checking in with Air India. There was no entry of me being registered for the flight. Luckily, there were enough seats to make my accommodation. The looming concern that followed was that my bag was clearly not going to be in Delhi once I arrived to my destination. This then became my reality and had to deal with not having my luggage for 6 days in India. There was blatant disregard between both airlines in trying to deliver my bag to me. They both blamed each other and refused to claim responsibility. With both refusing to claim fault, I had to fend for myself and pay for clothes and other necessities. Hands down, the WORST experience I've ever endured while traveling with any airline. I vow to never fly Air Canada and Air India ever again."

Pros: "The flight being only an hour and a half."
Cons: "No entertainment, no coffee, and the flight attendant looked like she was over it."

Pros: "Air staff were somewhat pleasant."
Cons: "Plane (767-300) is so old you have to use their app on your own device to watch movies. Plane is so long it takes forever for even simple beverage service to get to you, blocking aisles for hours while various carts are dragged about. Servings were mean, you could only get the can of soda if you begged, refills were also slim, and ice was a cube, maybe two. At one point I was so dry I had to page air staff to ask for more water (and I Never do that!). Food was mediocre at best. Landing, plane shook so hard I thought it would come apart! Planes like this need to be retired FAST. Last time I will fly this equipment. I'm literally going to pay all those ridiculous fees to change my return flight. Hated this exhausting, inconvenient, unpleasant and entirely too expensive experience. Don't fly Air Canada overseas!!"

Pros: "Toronto->Shanghai Good In general it was a good flight considering how long (14 hours) it was. The new entertainment system has a lot of features and movies. It also has chat to other passengers which is useful when travelling with a group sitting in different areas."
Cons: "Bad Long flight but that is the way it is. The fight map froze on my entertainment system about 1/2 through the flight so the map was useless after that. One side of my earphones also went dead. My wife wanted something better then hot noodles in a cup for the middle meal."

Pros: "Comfortable seats with great entertainment options. The flight attendants were especially wonderful. They were always smiling and good conversationalists."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed and there wasn't really any organization. A flight to Beijing was boarding at the same time at the gate right next to ours and passengers were getting mixed up, causing longer boarding. Some better signage or direction from staff would have been appreciated."

Pros: "The entertainment was great though the sound quality was lacking. The movies with subtitles were better."
Cons: "The did was pretty dire. Cup of noodles was not a good lunch at all and they ran out of the breakfast and lunch options."

Pros: "Good fight and crew was very good."

Pros: "Very nice crew - something I have learned to appreciate over the years."
Cons: "Chairs were small and I was uncomfortable. Food wasn't good."

Pros: "The agent was able to seat is together from the pronating point through to our destination."
Cons: "Everything was explained"

Pros: "Good attention by the crew. Cleaner than airlines rom the US in recent years. Good entertainment assortment."
Cons: "The buttons on the screen in economy seats for controlling the entertainment are less effective. too small, and sometimes a bit off. Tying to control during a light chop takes quite a bit of effort (A330)"

Pros: "Nice for a long flight - attendants and entertainment was as nice as possible"
Cons: "What else can be said for airline food that has been left untold"

Pros: "Trip was fine. Staff were nice. Nothing special, though. Best part is we arrived safely."
Cons: "Flight staff was good; staff person I talked to on the phone the day before was impolite until I came right out and asked him not to be. Then, he changed and was much better helping confirm my flight info. THE AIRPORT IN TORONTO IS RIDICULOUSLY BIG. IT NEEDS A SHUTTLE OF SOME KIND. Elderly people and folks with disabilities would be exhausted, even with help from golf carts."

Cons: "Baggage claim at final destination was a complete mess. I went straight to the baggage claim area after our flight and never saw any baggage come out at the designated carousel. Checked with the baggage office and they apparently don't work with Air Canada and sent me to their check in desk where no one was available. Customer service was only able to fill out a form listing me as missing my baggage and tell me to head home. Had to return to pick up my luggage the next day, but the Air Canada manager couldn't even tell me if the baggage would have gone to the baggage claim carousel or to the check in desk, because it seems they have no established protocol. With it being such a small flight (only around 10-15 of us total on the plane), it seems like a brief announcement of where our luggage would be could have saved people headaches. Being small seems to be an issue where the airline itself doesn't have any real established protocols or a substantial presence in the Columbus airport at least. So overall, not impressed with the management when checking in or out in the actual airport."

Pros: "Every thing"

Cons: "My suitcase did not arrive with me."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Impossible to reserve seat when booking my f not booked on the air ananda website Very cheap food and no food selection on board ( intercontinental flights) I fly 25/30 intercontinental per year... I had never happened to find such a poor company around. very disappointing"

Pros: "Uncomfortable seat. Super old aircraft. Wasn’t even given water"
Cons: "How about a sip of water atleast?"

Cons: "A delay of 28hrs is never positive. I haven’t been able to get my United points either since I was rerouted to SFO. When claiming them the system says that I never boarded the flight to EWR and completely ignore the YYZ - SFO flight. Mediocre overall."

Cons: "At the time at the gate did not allowed me even take my caryon bag with me, the staff was so rude an in an uncivilized manner start fighting with me ,I am a sinor person got very disrespected by your staff, I would like to bring a lawsuit against UA for what you did to me ,I wish an invitator from your office contantact me to explain everything,"

Cons: "The onboard wifi was not working."

Pros: "I didn't like nothing"
Cons: "United needs to training your employees"

Pros: "Comfort"

Pros: "Crews were great"
Cons: "Seat cushions were old and hard to sit on in excess of an hour. The don't look worn out, but certainly no one is asking. Not very comfortable for a four hour flight."

Pros: "Flight was on time and short in duration"
Cons: "Seats rows were narrow with just enough leg room. Very confining and uncomfortable. Our row did not recline as we were in front of the exit row. Luckily, the person in front of me did not recline their seat back."

Pros: "Landing"
Cons: "No Information about when we would leave jersey"

Pros: "cheap tix"

Pros: "Crew was curteous and capable"
Cons: "The screens on the back of seats that used to play movies now play advertisements and ask you to pay for in-flight entertainment. The off button did not turn the screen off, resulting in a constant eyesore for the entire trip"

Pros: "Good flight"
Cons: "2 Delays"

Cons: "Still in Chicago"

Pros: "The service staff was very friendly when they told me they were out of every food item I wanted."
Cons: "Lack of variety in snacks, foods and purchases on the plane."

Pros: "Flight was cold and they did not have blankets"

Cons: "Flight was delayed Before we boarded but then once we boarded we Sat for another hour."

Cons: "I don't fully understand why, but I was unable to get my boarding pass for my flight to Chicago from Toronto until I arrived in the Toronto airport. Toronto airport sequesters off international arrivals, so in an ideal world, I would have been able to go through security directly to into the U.S. terminal, bypassing Canada customs. However, the United desk that I needed to get my boarding pass from located just before security was unmanned. The very kind Air Canada attendant called for a representative multiple times, but after 45 minutes of waiting no one ever arrived to print my boarding pass for me. The Air Canada employee then gave up on any United staff showing up and suggested I try going through Canadian customs and checking in at the same departure desk travelers first entering the airport would go through and make sure to let them know how long I was waiting. The United employee I spoke with told me that I was impatient and should have continued waiting because now she didn't know what would happen with my checked bag and that I may well need to wait 2 hours more for that to get sorted out. I was rather surprised by her overly negative response and apparent threat. If I was irate or yelling that might have been warranted, but frankly, I was so tired from the international travel I didn't have the energy to fight with her. Regardless, I wish I had been more impatient, it was far easier to go through customs twice than I expected. I would have preferred to spend more time in the lounge inside the terminal than to stand by the United desk waiting for someone to arrive to print my boarding pass. At any rate, Canadian+US customs have it together; when I went through U.S. customs to get into the terminal they had the photo of my checked bag right there."

Pros: "My complaint with United is twofold: extremely poor customer service and airport experience. First, the plane was delayed Then cancelled took customer service 50 minuets to rebooked on a new flight to sfo instead Sjc which is far away from my house & I paid for CAB!!"

Pros: "This was an average flight on a small, cramped, RJ/CRJ. There was nothing special about this flight and this review is only to stop the over abundance of emails Kayak sends you begging for a review...."
Cons: "Please read what I wrote above."

Pros: "The crew on this flight were really nice and helpful."

Cons: "They delayed my flight, so now I get back home really late. Thanks, United."

Pros: "Crew was friendly, boarding was easy."
Cons: "I wasn't informed when I booked that the flight was operated by Air Canda's budget variant, rouge, and not Air Canda as was listed on Kayak. I had no option to select seats, and when we boarded I was seated on the last row by the galley with no reclining seats and the florescent lights were on nearly the whole time on a 10 hour overnight flight. There are no seat back TVs and the free streaming service went down repeatedly just like the AC outlet at our seats (there are only two of these for three people). I booked this trip nearly a year in advance, and I am extremely disappointed that I wasn't informed that I was flying a budget airline on a 10 hour flight."

Pros: "I like that we landed."
Cons: "This box seems too small to fit it all in. It's United - underwhelmed as usual."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient."
Cons: "It seemed that there was a lack of preparedness before taking off from each stop."

Cons: "The flight was delayed several hours And no one knew what was going on"

Pros: "Crew did the best they could"
Cons: "4 hour weather delay; missed all connecting flights; spent night in O'Hare; no food at night; no vegan food; got home 12 hours later than planned with little no sleep."

Cons: "Delayed departure"

Pros: "Wheelchair was provided"
Cons: "Long wait for wheelchair"

Pros: "The flight attendant in coach was very nice."
Cons: "Seat assignment was last seat on the plane, next to the bathroom... and the luggage return was slow."

Cons: "Incredible long walk passengers should be told when you have such a distance to walk. Passport sign in is not very user friendly should be a better scanner and easier questions they are confusing"

Pros: "Liked the staff, always friendly even with several delays. The assist staff were excellent"
Cons: "Did not like the delays and gate changes - but that wasn't the airlines' fault"

Pros: "Felt like a bothersome passenger even though I did not ask for anything. The snack was tossed at me in an empty seat instead of handed to me."

Pros: "Staff were helpful, the flight took off on time and the trip was smooth."
Cons: "No complaints on any front."

Pros: "Dirty, tired airplane. This (and every other flight going out around our gate) was "oversold"- egging travelers to give up their seats"

Pros: "Seats were comfortable and had plenty of leg room"

Pros: "Fast flight"
Cons: "feeling cramped"

Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Maybe pick a packet food that is more favoured by more people. The wasabi peas weren't a good choice for our family"

Pros: "The lady flight attendant as the best I have ever had. I think her name was Jan."

Pros: "Everything was smooth and senseless. And I liked kayak updated me which baggage terminal my bags were. Saved a lot of time walking around the Dulles terminal."

Pros: "Landing was a bit rough but other than that a pleasant flight... Pearson international Airport checking in and clearing security was crazy ....line ups were ridiculous ."

Pros: "Service was excellent"
Cons: "Seats are contrived - knees bumping up against seat back. Maybe ok for short flights but 5 hours is too long"

Pros: "I liked that I could do self check in and get my boarding pass without joining a long line. Had a great flight and no complaints."

Pros: "We got to Columbus early"

Pros: "The plane had tvs on the back of each seat"

Cons: "They didn't have wifi"

Pros: "on-time! Even a little early!"

Pros: "The trip itself was great. Even though I arrived at the airport 90 minutes before takeoff and was pre tickited and checked my bag curbside I almost missed my flight because of the long single line at security check and then my bag never got on the p!ane."
Cons: "The fact that I had to wait to get my bag until it came in on a later flight. I didn't receive my bag until 12:00 am"

Cons: "My screen did not work the entire flight and after asking repeatedly about it nothing was done. Could have done with some better customer service."

Cons: "No TV screens"

Pros: "Arrived 20 minutes early!"
Cons: "Nothing"
