Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
There was no flight. They canceled the flight with no knowledge to me, and I still haven’t received a refund
just a child who screamed and threw tantrums the entire flight
Checking in, boarding, the food and crew were all excellent. It was my first time traveling on Caribbean Airlines and trust me it’s the only airline I’ll be flying on as of now as long as it’s going my way😁. The service was unbelievably good I don’t regret missing my flight on flair at all cause I wouldn’t have realized how great the service is on Caribbean Airlines
The flight crew was extremely hospitable, though there was a lot of turbulence, they made it a good experience. The only negative was the inflight experience for economy class. There wasn’t any, or at least non that I was aware of.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
When I booked my flight I choose a seat which was the window in the middle of the aircraft. My seating was change without notice and I was in the middle seat which cause me anxiety. Hated this whole flight experience
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
Delayed due to weather in Dallas (arriving flight arrived late), then boarded the plane only to deboard immediately afterwards, tire needed to be replaced. Flight supposed to depart at 6:15pm but departed at 9:35pm.
Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.
Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
Not very good , the stewardess were unfriendly and they don't like to be bothered. Cos was a night flight and they need to sleep.
Flight delayed, missed connection, had to stay overnight. Next flight instead of our business class we were booked on the very back row. Second time this had happened in 2 months.
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).
They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
Pilot missed Fredericton airstrip on first go, so had to ascend again, turn around and try it again, successfully, albeit a little jittery...perhaps a new or inexperienced pilot. Not the greatest Air Canada experience. Delayed us even more.
The floor plan on the website indicated I was selecting a seat at the front of the cabin with ample leg room. In fact, I was in the row behind it. I should have wondered when the seat was free to upgrade, but it meant I traded an aisle seat three rows back for a middle seat, which was quite cramped. The Internet didn't work and the live TV didn't work until the last half hour of the trip. On a night of World Cup soccer games, not good.
Canceled my flight in March and have been waiting for 3 months now without the refund after it was promised
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way
Excellent flight crew. Very comfortable plane. Entertainment options on air Canada were great!
More space on a sold out fight and food trays were dirty
There were no premium headphones available for purchase on my flight and I had to settle for regular ones which were just okay but, not the best
When my plane landed in Toronto, deplaning was delayed due to terminal security issue. I had a somewhat tight connection flight to St. Vincent, and no one from Air Canada ground crew made any effort to notify my connection flight gate of the issue although I plead with several ground crew members to notify desk at departing gate.
