I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Aircraft was late getting to the gate - probably due to weather. We left the gate one hour late and had to wait another hour since we lost our slot in the takeoff queue. Our box was very wet and was falling apart when we got to Clark. It appears that luggage was exposed to weather in TPE while waiting to be loaded. Crew, however, handled the delay well and was able to provide planned service.

Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time

For the price, it was better than other airlines; quality of food and service was very good.

Very smooth flight. Superb crew, great food and service. Slept most of the way. Excellent airline.

Excellent food. Good service. Crammed Premium Economy seats. I Asked to change seats during check in. They told me the flight was fully booked. But on board I saw empty seats where I could have been easily relocated.

The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

The food is quite mediocre. I had spaghetti and the tomato based sauce was quite salty and there were no other flavors, no spices used in the sauce.

Great service. Was there a food option? I was given food (I could have ordered ahead of time?) but had no choice. I like choice.

basic and only minimum of service, they offer nothing special

Not many people, so you can lay down on two seats

It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.

They did an excellent job helping me with a wheelchair. I couldn’t have asked for any better help.

The delay in Korea was a pain and set us back a day. I have to give big props to Korean Air for setting up a hotel with dinner and transportation to and from the hotel. I also needed assistance with a wheelchair and they did an outstanding job.

The flight was on time and very quick, as expected, but the leg room isn't great in coach seats.

Best service I’ve ever had Flight attendants are nicely dressed and look very professional

Food choice could be better, plus the crew can walk around and offer snacks and drinks. Also the air-conditioning onboard blows high speed, and very cold makes the trip uncomfortable.

Our seat row plus one ahead and behind we're completely overlooked during beverage service...

I loved everything, I was just a little confused on my bag allowance. When I checked in it said I was allowed 2 check in bags, but when I got there they said I was only allowed 1 so I had to pay an additional 200 dollars! Other then that everything was great! I would love to use your Airlines again when I fly out to Manila again in late May, however I want to be able to have 2 bags included this time lol 😆

An International flight from Cebu to Incheon was delayed the night before without a proper explanation. Same thing happened from Incheon to Cebu in the first leg. I will not fly Korean again. And I will ensure Delta their US partner hears about it. This is a routine by Korean to delay flights from and to Cebu via Incheon.
