USB port was also not working, did not charge my phone. I’m glad that we did not buy the business upgrade for his flight before. It would felt wasting all our points. Luckily we were upgraded during check in. Check in was awful, they checked in 4 people in front of us roughly in 20 minutes in MLE. It felt like waiting for forever."

From the very beginning of the flight when I was delayed in getting on board due to my poor orientation in the early morning staff was very courteous"

How many companies are asking to visit a office for service in 2018? Issues were not still resolved. Aircraft seats were worn out and dirty on BOS to Ist and Ist to Miami route."

Cons: "I always enjoy a window seat but the people next to me didn't get up at all! So I was stuck sitting and didn't have a chance to stretch my legs. Not the airlines fault of course. If you put your seat back a little, it just pushes your knees farther forward."

Pros: "Seat space continued to be better than BA. Nice surprise to get an evening meal on the last leg to Rome. I actually was able to sleep a bit on this smaller airplane as well. Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Cons: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

The space between the rows of seats was much to tight, so I had to turn my legs to the side to fit into the space. I am 6'. However, I noticed that the row across from me had about 4" inches of additional space so I am thinking that the row I was on was set in error. This needs to be fixed. Also, they were much to late in turning on the air conditioning as we loaded and waited for takeoff."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Cons: "I waited on line for over an hour until we found out our flight was cancelled indefinitely. There was no communication and no way to rebook. I had to book a different flight on my own through a separate airline to get back home in less than 3 days."
Cons: "It is impossible to make a one hour connecting flight in Istanbul when you take off 30 minutes late, arrive at a distant site (~ 5 km away from the arrival terminal) and the there is only one security guard to screen hundreds arriving. Missed our flight by 90 minutes, the customer service people were rude at the airport and we had a 7 hour delay. What are you thinking???"

Cons: "I was supposed to be given two boarding passes through my check-in but I was given only one. This caused a lot of confusion on the Istanbul Airport. The staff there we unbelievably rude. They caused two passengers (on separate occasions) to miss their flight right in front of my eyes due to no apparent reason. They plainly refused to cooperate with passengers."
Pros: "Everything was good except the airplane.. i was on row 13 and the cabinet was warm and air-condition was not working fine.. i reported this ti the flight attendant. She confirmed the temp was set to 23 C however it was definitely not less that 26C .. also it took long time to serve the hot meal although we were on rhe plane and the flight depart8 got delayed for 90 minutes due to technical problem. On the other hand, seat were comfortable and flight attendants were so nice and friendly.. also Turkish lounge and airport were good"
Pros: "My flight was from Pakistan to new York. Pak to Istanbul was the worst experience. The bassinet seat was on my legs and my daughter was laying inclined. They increase the number of seat which impact uncomfortable leg stretch. But same airline will offer the wonderful plane from Istanbul to new York JFK. You know why???????? Because it's USA :D"

Cons: "The TVs did not work on my flight from Istanbul to Hamburg. Not only my tv but others on the plane kept saying it was an "error" do to a seat readjustment. Also it is so hot in the Turkish airport especially in the 300 gates. It made boarding miserable because there was so many people."

I traveled Lufthansa many times in the past when they had Portland-Frankfurt direct flights. The service and food was superior on those flights compared to what I experienced on this recent flight. Food was terrible. Drink service came by once with no follow up. (would have like a second glass of wine). Entertainment selections were boring. (too much Tom Cruise!) Headphones did not work at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I question if I'd fly Lufthansa again.
Please see other message. One flight was cancelled and neither Lufthansa or Air cañada would book me on another flight as they did not have me in their computer(with the numbers you assisted me with) HELP

My initial leg was on Iberia and they could not check me in for entire flight. Major scramble in Frankfort to resolve issues. Never again!"
