Over - amazing. The aircraft is somewhat old on this route.

Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.

Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.

It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
