Pros: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Pros: The crew was very patient to get all the passengers' needs from gate-to-gate. The flight was very smooth, landing to takeoff, and arrived on-time!

Pros: Very attentive, friendly and efficient flight attendant. Smooth flight. Informative captain.

Cons: Provide entertainment. Seats and legroom seem to get smaller every year

Cons: they keep using a very old 767: no personal entertainment screen, no USB outlet and absolutely freezing temperature. Most of the people put on their heavy coats.

Cons: Our family of 7, with 5 kids aged 7-14 were spread over the plane. It has been awhile since I flew AA...No entertainment system like United Airlines.

Cons: Paid over 300$ and got no screen at all, no movies, no bending headrest. This airline is bad quality and overpriced

Pros: We arrived nearly on time & without issue.

Cons: The plane was warm & no cool air was being dispersed in the cabin & because of that it was very dry. Better temperature regulation, climate control is needed to make fir a more comfortable flight.

Pros: Without asking, the crew arranged to have my partner and I sit next to each other. That was such a pleasant touch of service for our trip. Also, the connection was perfectly timed at Chicago flying to Bozeman.

Cons: The Delta line to drop my bags was long and unorganized. The ticket agents were moving in slow motion. I waited over an hour to drop my bag. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Cons: update the gate info correctly and immediately. I was directed by app to go B5A but actually it is B5 gate in SEA-TAC

Pros: I paid $118 for an extra legroom seat (D26) which then turned into a pass through for passengers to cut across to the other side to use the lavatory. This happened throughout the flight, hence took away the comfort I paid for and needed on this long flight.

Cons: The food. I mean who makes this stuff?

Cons: My luggage was never loaded on to the plane, so I am in London with one pair of clothes. Luckily I packed my medication in my carry-on for this exact reason. The flight was very uncomfortable, and the food was terrible for anyone with food allergies. However, the crew was delightful and made up for the other unpleasantness.

Cons: Fue de lo peor, viaje a Bos a SAL , haciendo escala en NJ , los vuelos súper mega retrasados, pero el más retrasado fue el NJ a SAL , supuestamente iban. A compensar con alimentos pero lo único que dieron fue una galleta vencidas, y una bebida no más mal servicio, no lo recomiendo viajar en UNITED

Pros: Very kind associate working at the gate. She helped me obtain my seat assignment and was a pleasure to speak with. Her happiness was contagious (even at 6am!). She put me at ease.

Cons: The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case.

Pros: Cabin crew was great. Was told they don’t feel they can do a good job of serving 48 passengers in Premium Select with 2 crew.

Cons: Image recognition step slowed boarding down a lot. Food and amenities on Delta Premium Select seem to be getting worse

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.
