They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy, especially the bibimbap and cold spicy noodles. The only thing that bummed me out on this red-eye flight was that my seat did not properly recline so I was not able to sleep.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Great crew, decent food Charging plugs were broken on both seats next to me. Only the USB port was available, and that charges, very, very slowly. Seat was also broken, it would not lock into position when reclining.

I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.

Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.

EVA Air flight from Wien to Taipei is good, but the on-ground service to arrival gate is bad.

The hygiene of the bathrooms were terrible. Urine smells leaked out into the cabin and the seats were really tight, even for a petite woman like myself. Flight attendants did not go through the cabin enough to offer refreshments.

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.

Eva air is a good airline. The seats on the way to Taipei could have certainly been more comfortable, but all in all it was a pretty good experience.

The crew is so cold and indifferent but I have to appreciate their professionalism. The seat is too hard and not comfortable at all. Entertainment is very limited and not of many choices.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

The employees are very nice and good. The delay due to the aircraft is not a good thing. Planning for such problems should be an easy task.

Flight delayed in NYC and missed Hong Kong connecting flight to Guangzhou. While being given a hotel room and a 30 dollar voucher to eat in the airport, the delay caused a few big inconveniences , a 12 hour delay should have been better compensated for.

Wanted different plane design with an additional bathroom at the back of the plane.

I booked Flexi ticket, Paid extra for extra legroom seat. What I got was worst ever place to sit. It was an emergency exit seat with lots of legroom but half of the seat was occupied with aircraft body. Means you don’t keep that seat where a passenger can’t sit. The seats are too narrow. Whole night I was awake. Not movable armrests. One of the worst.

The flight was cancelled. I wasn't informed where to check in, how and when. It wasn't easy to get in contact with Cathay service representative, and they were not very helpful... The staff on the airport - Air Canada (I assume) were the most helpful, kind efficient, patient... Thank you for all your help and care, for your patience, for your professionalism!!!

Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.

The first economy rows have remote space in the seat which eats in the seating space. The seats are also smaller compared to other airlines.

Very comfortable Prem economy seats for a long haul flight. Had a problem with the tv that the crew fixed so was great!

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

The flight was about 1.5 hours delayed. Facilities at Saskatoon airport shut down at 7:00pm

Flying Air Canada was pleasant and enjoyable. The United portion was lacking.

Ordered the vegetarian meal. Perhaps the worst in flight meal i ever had. Soggy and sad broccoli, overcooked rice and a FROZEN cheap fruit salad.

More room for carry-on. Or having people bring correct carry-on.

we missed the flight because the preceding one was late. air canada said that because it was caused by air traffic control they would not put us up in a hotel, so since the next flight we could get anywhere near where we live is to san francisco tomorrow morning, two senior citizens are having to spend tonight in the food court at vancouver airport. NOT HAPPY.

Flight to return home from Toronto for Cleveland was canceled after sitting on the plane for a half hour. Had to de board the plane and rent a car to drive home, or else wait until they had us rescheduled for later the next day.

We were given an upgrade which provided more seat room and a meal. However seat designated overhead locker space was used by others.Boarding was delayed with part or the delay due to staff assisting diaablef individuals aboard. Personal observation would suggest that 3 individuals rorted the system. They used wheel chair access to the plane, boarding with family ahead of al other passengers, but required no assistance until boarding occurred. On departure 3 “disabled” individuals were seen walking freely near the baggage carousel. One person even assisted with a luggage trolley! The rorting is most likely widespread and not airline specific

I wish Air Canada would allow economy standard passengers to select their own SEATS on flight when CHECK-IN Online as usual, with No Extra Prices Charge as the Past years.
