Nothing more to say. I was completely happy with their services.
Never went. Got rescheduled with Phillipine Airlines to Bali, which was fine.
Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.
Flight attendants are polite and pro. Missing of on flight entertainment is a big miss for a ordinary airline.

The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.
Delayed. Not a full flight and whole rows left open with the paid seating. Food was ok. My beef meal only had one cube of beef the rest carrot cubes. Entertainment on personal device but didn’t know about it until the flight was almost done.
The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!

I upgraded my flight to business and before boarding they told me they will not have food on the flight unless someone declines the food service.
Cathay has always been great. Even allowed some leniency on my baggage weight. I believe they are also on the more leg room side of airlines.
If there is any negative rating for kayak and also for Cathay Pacific or the dealer I used I would give all of them -1000000000000000 I will never ever use kayak again you scammers you rip me off with everything
Good good, good seat, good entertainment system. Customer service is good but can be more polished if CX charges a premium price.
Frequently flyer number should and could have been put on at the time of booking as I gave the number when booking.
Missed our flight with Cathay due to late Westjet plane and chaotic Toronto airport. Had to clear customs get bags and re check bags in an hour. Did not make it got lost not clear signage with bag drop off. West jet only allowed 1 checked bag for this international fluid. Cathay checked my second bag for free.
Flight was kept super cold. I was shivering and had to layer up.
Everything and everyone were excellent except for the charge for using WiFi; there was no escape from this fee except to not use it.
The crew and the food were excellent. The plane was kept quite clean.
