Cathay has been the most generous with good food, luggage requirements and general care that I have ever found on this leg of my flights. The Cathay lounge in HK is exceptional and I always look forward to my layover with them. Good food, several types to choose from and a lounge that provides a flat surface for laying down for a while to get some needed sleep. Cool and quiet. Wider seats on board than any other airline I have found, great meals and comfort being their number one concern other than safety.

I had family emergency call from Thailand so I booked the flight in last mins with not many options left for me. I usually fly with Eva airline or air canada

Well choose this flight only if you really need to reach in a direct 14hr flight. Else go for 1stop option with layover

This is not a bad flight once you are boarded.

Not many people, so you can lay down on two seats

It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.

They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

The delay in Korea was a pain and set us back a day. I have to give big props to Korean Air for setting up a hotel with dinner and transportation to and from the hotel. I also needed assistance with a wheelchair and they did an outstanding job.

Great except for the delay in Korea. Korean Air did a great job setting up a hotel for the night. I also needed assistance with a wheelchair and they were outstanding.

The boarding process for Korean airlines is very straightforward and easy. You've never met such helpful and friendly people. The food was great and the entertainment options were excellent too. My teenage boys found programs they wanted to watch while I had fun watching a full season of the Last Man - the Blind Investigator (Japanese), which my wife enjoyed too. My only complaint was that it takes a very long time to taxi at ICN (20 minutes) and the pilot had to hold at the gate for 10 minutes after our scheduled departure time, which meant we got to Seattle 27 minutes late. Luckily I had a long enough connection to make my next flight, but just barely.

The food on this flight from NRT to ICN was average. The staff were very friendly, but the flight took about 60 minutes longer than it should have because the pilot was only flying at 330mph instead of 500-550. Not sure what the reason is for that, but it meant for a much longer flight.

Flight delayed going to Korea. No free WiFi. Other than that everything else is were good. I would love to fly with Korea airline again

Best service I’ve ever had Flight attendants are nicely dressed and look very professional

Just a typical domestic poor flight nothing more. There is no food choices in such a flight. Crew doesn't really care if you are on-board or not

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.

It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.

Not great, will likely try to fly another or maybe I should have upgraded my ticket? Needed Air…

I don’t think I’ll be flying them again. Tight seats, no flowing air or air nozzles that you can turn air on you, for those who could have motion sickness this would be your worst nightmare. The pilot was great and experienced (which is what you want when flying 12 hours) overall I’m thankful knowledgeable pilots!

My ticket did not indication which group I was in for boarding; the gate attended help me

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight

When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.

Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.

Special request meals are really below average. Vegetarian options are very limited if you didn't prebook.

I've stomach problems after 2 hours of flight, Iris, the flight purser not only did her best to make me feel comfortable, she went above and beyond providing pain relievers medicines and ointment. She look and found a doctor passenger on the flight to provide advise. She even report on ground staffs about my condition and provide wheelchair upon arrival. Kudos to her and Cathay Pacific!

So so, crew was overly professional and lacks human touch. Equipment is very old, especially the HKG-PVG CX366 flight. That plane along with its decor must have twenty years of history, or at least I had that impression.

Worst experience I have ever had with any airline in over 25 years.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

Very noisy and careless crew on this overnight flight. They should understand customers want to sleep

Everything was fine and I have no complaints or things to note.

The flight was delayed for 30 mins. The overall experience was good.

Highly impressive. On time. Smooth and fast boarding and disembarkment. Really great service

Overall, it was ok. However, the food was very sub-par.

From the kind young lady (w/Vancouver air security) who expedited our check-in to U.S. Customs to the Air Canada gate crew who gave us pre-boarding, the flight attendants who actually offered a strong hand to help me board once I had surrendered my rolling walker at the door, they are all reflections of the thoughtful, genuinely helpful Canadians we have grown to appreciate. Water and other beverages were offered throughout the flight to make sure we weren't dehydrated and the cookie was great. (Husband bought the fruit & crackers snack,) I was delighted to see three movies that I would not have otherwise seen and appreciate that AC left the last film viewable until its conclusion although the flight had actually landed. Last, mahalo to the kind strong gentleman who not offered his hand to help me debark the plane, but gave me an AC pin that I'll truly treasure.

nothing exceptional and like other airlines food becoming smaller in size...

Not enough electronic outlets for charging in the Air Canada waiting to board area but the Most important thing….the plane was booked to only 40% capacity and my row of 2 other seats were empty. My row happened to be one of the few rows that did NOT have raising arm rests. The flight attendant made effort to seat me in a different row. I needed wheelchair assistance due to a cyst on my knee and struggled to move from seat to seat to get to the row. Those 2 empty seats tormented me the entire 15+ hour flight as I had to be upright the entire flight and was not able to elevate my knee. Lots of other passengers were laying down due to the arm rest being able to retract. It is a shame that he couldn’t be gracious and find a row that I could move to.

There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.

Terrible. 3 missed flights and 24 hours delayed with lost bag and promised $100 compensation from United and absolutely nothing from them…

It was a lovely flight. Very attentive crew, comfortable seats, good food and entertainment. Highly recommended. Only difficulty was with their app.

Very good AC Rouge flight YYZ-TPA. Great crew, all went smoothly. Thank you!

Boarding was challenging as we had to use the stairs from the tarmac. Stairs are okay but a roller bag makes it challenging.

on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster

Service is pretty good. Sandwiches have to be purchased but I’ve bought my own food. Seat was comfortable and various movies to chose from.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities

Miss my flight from delhi to amritsar due to lock the luggage door of airplane.and there was no more flight even for next days and they not refund the fare. I took bus grom delhi.. bad experiance.

Uneventful trip. Good flight crew. Food could have been better and a bit more of it. Cabin cleanliness was ok.

Inflight Services are poor compared to other airlines. They do not offer even water during 15 hr flight. Food is little in portion and I had food poisoning after last meal ( rajma chawal)

Too many changes in departure time (4-5 times before the actual departure time was determined) with no reasons provided.

Terrible. Air India canceled my flight out of Kathmandu because of airport constructions but did not tell me. They should not be selling night flights out of Kathmandu right now that they know they will not honor. The staff was terrible and not helpful with my rebooking or compensating me.

The flight got delayed and was not updated in time.

Good experience, comfortable seats. Entertainment did not work but vista wifi and entertainment worked great.

I had a camera bag that exceeded the 10kg allowance for hand luggage. I am 67 years old and have been travelling will my cameras and lenses all over the world and have not paid once for the excess weight. Also, even if I wanted to check in the bag, I can’t due to lithium batteries and delicate equipment. Air India should review their policies. Or is it just a cash grab. I had to pay additional 7000 rupees.

Business class recliners and entertainment system was not working, it essentially became economy travel at the cost of business
