Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

My luggage was damaged 1 wheel was out I can't find it nowhere

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free

everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault

Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
