Glad they offer free meal, & I got a complimentary drink I’d like coffee,tea, or water offered 3/4 into trip
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.
Appreciated the upgrade on the saver ticket. Made the 5 hour flight bearable.
5 1/2 hour flight with no food service or options is inexcusable.

If there were movies it would have made the flight much easier.
Cons: "Aeromexico has a small plane, it is extremely uncomfortable. Flight Crew are not the friendliest of all."
Pros: "The short lines at check in."
Cons: "The communication or overall handling of the Origin airport staff with the Mexico City staff. Was told COVID test was acceptable in DGO and was not able to fly from MEX to ORD due to “invalid PCR test”"
Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami
Flight was on time, good service, but there was no free WiFi, even for first class passengers
It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off
the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.
This is not a low cost airline. Stop acting like o e.
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip
Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building
Terrible. The flight arrives 2 hr later, no AC. One of the worst flights ever
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth

Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.

Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
I didn't like that my paid for seat was changed 2 hours before my flight.
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
They cancelled my flight and downgraded me to economy and only gave me $250 for the downgrade
Not very good , the stewardess were unfriendly and they don't like to be bothered. Cos was a night flight and they need to sleep.
