C$ 235 Find cheap flights from Vancouver Intl Airport to Guatemala City

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

Crew was great. Very nice. And the bad... Do not get the aisle last row seat on a 737-900. Right next to the bathroom door! I literally saw everyone on the entire plane! Not good! Landing was a little sketchy too. Felt like we were skidding all over the runway!

I think the pilots deserve most of the credit, the flight was smooth and they got us to Denver in a major winter storm when many of the airlines cancelled on other people . Alaska has my loyalty- must have better more capable pilots. Was on 720 - Seattle- Denver. The crew was alright, one of the stewards was obnoxious about applying for a credit cards she went on and on about how much she used hers- it was over the top and a turn off.

Great ! The counter staffs in Boston helped me to wrap my broken luggage with a plastic bag to prevent my stuffs falling out.

My flights went about as good as they could be. I’ll always take Alaska when possible.

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

One suitcase didn’t make the flight and was delivered a day later.

Flight was delayed and American failed to hold my connecting flight for 5 minutes to let me board after running through CLT to get to the gate. The plane was still at the gate. Gate agent could not have cared less

less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights

Heathrow is a nightmare in general (crowded, etc). BA was great - having to take a bus between the gate and the plane is a bummer.

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

AA was domestic flights. Nothing write about home. International flights were operated by JAL, just superb!

The food service was limited and not good. For a seven hour flight they could do better.
