The staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more accomodating; however, the air-conditioning was broken in our section of the aircraft, leaving us feeling extremely cold and unwell on arrival in Johannesbury. We were kicked off this flight by British Airways due to delays on our connecting flight also operated by British airways and were rebooked on a different carrier which delayed our arrival home by > 26 hours.

Check in was not the greatest as had to talk to an agent to clarify things and then he transferred us to another agent who had difficulty processing my credit card as there was a system glitch and not a card error.

Terrible, We experienced massive delays and then couldn’t book a hotel through the link provided, nothing was available. We then went to the airport the next day and experienced further delays, almost no communication was given. We had dinner at lunchtime and breakfast at midnight. We then landed in Jhb at 1am and had to book another hotel as our flight to durban was at 8am. The experience was painful and very expensive.

The payment system was not working so was unable to connect wifi the entire flight

Better training for staff, I didn’t even get a napkin with my drink so it was dripping all over !

The food could have been better. And the chicken sandwich was not nice at all.

Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on my flight from London to Nashville.
