The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

Big plane, long flight, absolutely no leg room and basically non existent air! I am 5”4’ and always travel Main Cabin, I was miserable on this plane and could barely move when we arrived in Cabo due to the cramped leg area!
Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.
It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth
Left Atlanta on delta plane, started our descent into Panama City and then the plan turns around and the CAPT came over the intercom and said that there was a wheel alarm and we had to fly back to Atlanta airport because they had services. The pictures are of the emergency vehicles circling us and escorting us to the gate in Atlanta. Turns out right wheel had damage. We had to wait for another plane fly in from Louisiana before we could bird again. And boarding was an experience, we had to be manually verified because the passes and computer system had us marked as departed.
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
Why, on an 11+ hour flight, is the food being served at a speed resembling a 90-minute flight? Flight crew practically threw our food at us, then cleaned it up before everyone was done. All, presumably, so that they could retreat away for the next 7 hours to be completely unavailable. No additional beverages were served for hours. Delta is supposed to be the premium American carrier, but on this flight, it made me wish I was flying someone else. Also, the “upgrade” to comfort+ is a joke. It was worse than Japan Airline’s lowest level economy class. Literally no comparison between these two airlines. I wouldn’t fly Delta from Tokyo again unless I absolutely had to. Very disappointing amenities and service!
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.
One of the flight attendants named Crystal was so happy, always had a smile for everyone, it was such a change from the stoic attendants I’m used to in the past. Thank you Crystal
Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.
