So terrible. They would not rebook me for a flight until 2 days. I had to spend so much money to get my own flight. They were rude and not helpful.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

Not exceptional but all good. Business class seats are like the domestic Mint class on Jet Blue. Comfortable but not exceptional. Food is good but not superb. Flight attendants were better on India leg than Miami to Zurich. All India staff was more professional and service oriented. Very polite and service with a smile.

Thank you to the cordial crew and good hydration throughout the flight, food was good too. Carry ons usually weight by themselves so it does reduce option for cold weather clothes that are heavy, so carryon weight is tight.

We so appreciated that our connecting flight waited for 6 of us!!!

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.

Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable, and snacks not too bad. Checked luggage arrived at destination without problems. It was annoying to wait until last to board as lowest-tier seats but understand it’s difficult to gauge when loading a full plane At least checked carryon luggage seemed to come off first. Annoying to have to use app to order food/drink when wifi availability didn’t allow time for it. Advance communication would have helped Food on menu seemed highly processed and unpalatable, overpriced and over packaged. So maybe a good thing to have missed chance to order

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

Seating is comfortable, boarding is well organized. Toilets are very small. Even though I’m petite, still find no room to move around. Toilet paper holder hanging loosely, eventually they fell on the floor. The small sink is too shallow that causes water splashing on the floor. It doesn’t look pleasant. I didn’t purchase food or watch the entertainment, so no comments.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Lufthansa used to be the best not any more , food is cheap, crew needs to be on retirement )) we really like to see old type of Lufthansa back to business

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.

Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.

They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags

I purchased a tickket with Lufthansa but "operated by" United Airlines. At the airport United staff were unable to help me select a seat on the portion of the flight actually run by Lufthansa. Nor was I able to check in over the web, possibly to self-select my seat. The link given in the check in email claimed my flight record locator ID was invalid.

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.

Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.
