I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.
Flight Boarded and departed on time. The Flight crew was very friendly and accommodating. The aircraft was clean and free from clutter and debris. I will be happy to recommend Air Canada to my friends and relatives for their flight needs. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs as Senior citizens.

Got denied my flight was told on Google that Air Canada was supposed to book me a flight back home because I never was able to go to my destination. They did not help me whatsoever. I had to book a whole new flight for that reason I would write this is zero
The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.
they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
This is a great non-stop YVR-MIA. Very comfortable plane, and no transfer through a city that gets major winter weather!
Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
