Absolutely the worst airline. Can’t find anything positive to say. We were in business which is the same as most airlines coach
charging port did not work, no entertainment system. Other than that the flight was good and safe.
BA gave away one of the seats I paid for. Within the last minutes before boarding, my partner couldn't make the flight. I should have had a seat next to me that was empty.
Not the quality I was expecting from a company that has been around for ages and charges high prices
Very quick boarding. I was surprised we only got a small water and small thing of cookies, everything else was for purchase. No entertainment. Crew was excellent though.
The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.
Food was terrible , crew were excellent , IFE was dire . Overall comfortable seat and cabin. Nothing special .
Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.
1. I was charged 2 times for luggage at check in 2. It was NOT British airway the entire way - apparently American Airlines connected from London to Miami 3. Lost luggage in London- hopefully will arrive to. In short, nor a good experience
I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here.
