C$ 872 Find cheap flights from Victoria to Guatemala City

Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

I would have rated the entire experience much better were it not for two things: 1. There was inconsistency between what we were told once on the plane vs. the answer I received to the question about "spreading out" from our assigned seats because the flight was sparsely populated, and the entire row we were in was empty but for us. I asked about one of us moving over one seat to make more room for us; before getting on the plane, I was told we could, which seemed like a sensible answer. Once on the plane, it was announced that we needed to stay in our assigned seats despite all of the empty space in our row, which seemed unneccessarily restrictive. 2. To add to the discomfort, we sat on the tarmac once the plane landed in Burbank for over half an hour waiting for a gate to become available. During that time we had to remain seated and buckled in, which was becoming more difficult as time dragged on, especially for my wife. If all of this was due to regulations, that may mitigate the sense of "needless" restriction somewhat, but it points to a need to make regulations less restrictive where it is not appropriate for the current conditions. The crew was not "nasty" about the restrictions, so I do not resent their actions, but it certainly would have been a much more pleasant flight if we had a few more options when it comes to comfort.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

Good! Although I wish I didn’t have to check my bag at the gate, when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for the bag.

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

flight was canceled and we were re routed all day. had a nice weekend planed in San Diego. Plans changed and we lost a day and spent the day flying.

My flight was delayed in Fairbanks by 45 minutes with no explanation. My next flight was delayed 3 hours in Anchorage then cancelled altogether. Alaska Airlines App was not helpful as it auto-booked me to reach home 2 days later than planed. And I had to fly back to Fairbanks if I wanted to continue with that change. The only real assistance I received was from the Alaska Airlines gate counter supervisor. She was able to get me home one day earlier. This was my 1st experience with Alaska Airlines and it will be my last.

Great experience with Alaska Airlines. The staff members were, kind, helpful, friendly and professional.

Good service by crew unlike my Delta flight to LA No TV was downer and flying MAX 9

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating
