Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

My boarding pass birthdate was printed incorrectly causing me to spend an extra hour in a check-in and then again TSA line and to miss a chance to have dinner pre-flight. My window seat was given away and was replaced with a middle seat. I would have liked an opportunity to charge my phone and take advantage of movies but many of the departure gate chargers weren’t operational and I don’t know of an in-flight charging option, The flight left 45 late after trouble with unruly passengers, and I was glad staff removed them.

On time, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room, nice staff. Pretty good!

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

entertainment (use your own hardware) was difficult and I don't like tiny tiny screens for movies. "we're locking the bathrooms" messge came as they locked them. how about a warning, e.g. we will lock bathrooms in 15 on our final approach...

High travel time and the flight was full but the staff handled it all well.

Nice friendly staff. Did not like being in the very last row on red eye.

My flight was delayed in Fairbanks by 45 minutes with no explanation. My next flight was delayed 3 hours in Anchorage then cancelled altogether. Alaska Airlines App was not helpful as it auto-booked me to reach home 2 days later than planed. And I had to fly back to Fairbanks if I wanted to continue with that change. The only real assistance I received was from the Alaska Airlines gate counter supervisor. She was able to get me home one day earlier. This was my 1st experience with Alaska Airlines and it will be my last.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating
