Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

Better organizing of entry and exit onto the plane regarding all of the baggage people haul on. There should be a better system so those with no baggage can get in and out more quickly. The baggage haul-on situation is absurd.

It was adequate nothing special no entertain because flight was short. Crew pleasant.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

Nice friendly staff. Did not like being in the very last row on red eye.

So so. Need to bring back real food and INCREASE WIDTH OF SEATS!

I think the pilots deserve most of the credit, the flight was smooth and they got us to Denver in a major winter storm when many of the airlines cancelled on other people . Alaska has my loyalty- must have better more capable pilots. Was on 720 - Seattle- Denver. The crew was alright, one of the stewards was obnoxious about applying for a credit cards she went on and on about how much she used hers- it was over the top and a turn off.

Delayed take off for 30 minutes and then 50 minutes on the tarmac before we could get to our gate... a total of one hour delay on the ground at LAX. Additionally, they put on the seatbelt sign for 2 hours so no one could use the toilet and then one hour on the tarmac with again not being able to use the toilet... not a great flight.

Landing was so smooth I almost didn’t realize it was happening

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
