Took one in a trip to Male and was blown away. AC seems like a discount carrier compared to them. And Etihad was always on time! Have plenty of patience for the casual travelers! They are oblivious of rules and etiquettes that slows down the process for everyone. Case in point, a guy held up the line trying to place both his personal item (should be UNDER the seat in front of you) and his carry on case horizontally. Obviously not aware of the big poster right in front of his displaying the proper way of placing his case on it's side. Slowed the whole line of people behind him. Also be mindful the agents in Ontario airport (or any smaller airports) might not be the most knowledgeable on the rules and regulations of air travel, luggage specification allowances etc. Stay patient!! Also the seats do not recline that well anymore on AA flights. So if you have back problems, be sure to bring some back supports.

The "pay to pick your seat" policy stinks. It's even worse than "pay to pick a seat you'd want to sit in" that airlines have been doing for a while. There is no cohesive policy for how one *gets* a seat assignment- at LAX my boarding pass had a seat assignment; in Portland, the ticketing agent told me the gate agent "had" to do it, but the gate agent said it had been assigned the whole time even though my boarding pass had a blank space where the seat assignment should have been.

Madrid airport is one of the most difficult airports I have ever visited. An absolute nightmare for new travelers to this airport. Please give assistance to the people connecting flights and remember that this T4 and T4S is confusing and there is only ONE information desk hidden among the food court and no one to ask. Corridors are empty and the people who are checking the lines don’t give any other assistance but supervision.

Purchased through Kayak at +/-$960.00 and was charged +/-$1,300.00 on Amex. Prepurcahed one bag, was not recognized by Air Canada
It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.
Boarding was very orderly. People should be made aware of what food is being offered when booking is made
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.
My seat wouldn't recline. But lots of leg room was great. Good flight.
