Cons: "The outward flight was rerouted to a different airport, and the return flight was delayed by more than an hour. Not even a glass of water free of charge."

Cons: "Why was I in group 4 going out and in group 5 coming back, when I sat in almost the same row? Middle Overhead bins too small for regular carry on cases."

Cons: "When I checked in they did not have a record of us prepaying for our checked bag and wanted to see a receipt for our payment. We did not have the receipt with us, we had all the other documentation so the only way to get on the flight was to pay again for the checked bag. I found the receipt later"

Cons: "It was only when we got on board realised food was card only and limited to lots of sandwiches..A lighter option like the Bols salad I bought at Smith's would have been nice and could be a veggie choice. Not a big issue though just you asked what can be better."

Pros: "Boarding pass to from LHR to Hyderabad was not iisued at SAT airport. The guy with wheelchair at London didn't help in getting me boarding pass in time. My flight scheduled left. I had to wait for the next flight enroute to Delhi rather than hyderabad directly. I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."
Cons: "Non-issue of boarding pass from LHR to Hyderabad at SAT airport USA. Callous attitude of the guy who didn't help me in getting me the boarding pass at LHR. Enrouting me through Delhi to Hyderabad instead of a direct flight I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."

Cons: "The seat configuration in business class is the worst of all carriers I have ever flown. Very uncomfortable in so many ways."

Cons: "I would never book a ticket through BA ever! Paid business class and my luggage got forgotten in Heathrow through transit. No one knows anything about it. I have arrived to san Francisco with no language at all!!!!"

Pros: "Seats fairly comfortable (by incredibly low economy standards), leg room decent, good selection of free movies and TV shows, meal was free and actually pretty good! Provided blankets to make up for the fact that it was frigidly cold."

Cons: "The ground crew was very curt and non helpful. Apparently there was a rule that laptops had to be in the checked baggage. The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor"

Cons: "Poor food, and very little of it is given. poorly run airline. Too many unnecessary rules that don't apply to any other airlines that they claim to be in the name of security. Will not fly again."

Cons: "Absolute nightmare dealing with British cancelled flight and then having them rebook me with American, their "partner" company. Spent three hours this morning dealing with these two unprofessional companies and their lack of communication between each other."

Cons: "The wheelchair assistance was very bad as no one turned up with a wheelchair. The airways really need to improve their service and make sure that whey they offering wheelchair assistance they in fact do it. This has happened serveral times that no one turned up at the London airport."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........"

Cons: "The BA flights I flew on were not new. Lie flat seat is not Best in the class. The movie collection is not uptodate. British airways in flight service levels are relatively inferior quality. The cabin and toilets were not spick-and-span. Toilets were not kept clean from time to time. The toileterries provided are not high in desirability quotient and can be improved in at least one leg of the international flights."

If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"
