Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?

It would have been better if food is served on a 4 hours’ flight

Everything could have been better from the planes not being delayed to the rudeness of staff to it was just horrible will not use kayak again or Air Canada I can't see what would ever change my mind now

The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.

luggage and cary on were extra, as well as seat selection. $240.00 was added to the final price tag.

It was good except I was sitting beside a bigger gentleman so I didn’t have much room

It was 3 hours late and ruined my plans at destination. Also rough landing.

The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.

The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
