Poor, the last leg of our trip was cancelled and we didn't know about it until we arrived at the airport. Another flight on the same airline was not available until three days later which would have ruined our vacation. Luckily we were able to get re-blooked on another airline after spending hours at the airport.

Poor, the last leg of our trip was cancelled and we didn't know about it until we arrived at the airport. Another flight on the same airline was not available until three days later which would have ruined our vacation. The flight was fine. The connecting flight was a nightmare. Gate change without text or email notification was super frustrating and I ended up missing my connecting flight. Return flight was delayed and had I not quadruple checked flight time, gate and refreshed the Alaska Airlines app every 5 minutes, I would have taken a flight that would not arrive in time for my connecting flight. Ended up flying Delta home.

The flight was delayed so we didn’t get into San Diego until almost 1 AM. Otherwise, it was lovely.

I always like flying with Alaska, great service and leg room

They changed our flight from a one stop 3 hour layover to a non-stop. Saved us hours and got us there sooner.

A very good experience - all staff was friendly and helpful.

My mother suffers from Lupus and has challenges walking. I specifically called Alaska airlines, stated her condition and made sure my mother’s had wheel char assistance towards gate and into the gate hall so she just had to get into the plane and walk a couple of steps. It was assured by Alaska team that the service was granted in both airports , DEN and SAN . In Denver , the wheelchair assistance never arrived. I had to personally grab another airline wheelchair sit my mom. Then I had to go to Alaska Airlines front desk twice to let them know my mother was waiting at the wheelchair service station. Upon arrival to SD Airport , there was no wheelchair service waiting for her in the hall before deplaning. She had to walk her way out in pain. Absolutely inconsiderate and unacceptable by the airline! Never again flying with Alaska Airlines.

Waiting 2 hours after landing to arrive at a gate was ridiculous.

I was a pilot with EAL so my input maters more than the average traveler. The crew at the ticket counter were amazing. I was traveling with a frozen 20 pound turkey from our farm in Oxford Florida and they were over the top in helping me get through TSA. The gate personnel were likewise accommodating. You and Jet Blue are my favorite airlines . Would love to do an add for Alaska Airlines. Nels Siverson

My flight got canceled never left san diego and miss out my fam event

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.

The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet

Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free

The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.

The staff at the airport and on the plane were wonderful I especially wanna acknowledge the staff who boarded us at the Calgary airport. The women who helped us board at the airport were incredible… they were so kind and sweet…I very happy with WestJet and I am hoping I can fly more often to Canada.

Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.

I knew I was going to fall asleep unsettlingly from exhaustion so I warned the guy next to me in advance. The attendant took to checking on me frequently and even insisted I take my snack because I said no while sleep hazed and then absolutely wanted it about 5 minutes later. He was So caring and kind to my situation!!

All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good

The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.

Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.

Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.

Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?

The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.

The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

My luggage passed security but just before boarding the plane I watched as my luggage was thrown on the belt to enter the plane in Windsor and my luggage cover was half off. it was damaged before even making it onto the plane! I’ve had the luggage and covered for a year and have never had any issues. I mentioned it to an Air Canada employee who told me to use the app to make the crew aware of this (she said so they could fix it) but sure enough my luggage was damaged with no cover in sight! I sent an email to AC that was ignored. Awful experience! Also, a 4.5 hour flight and you are offered pretzels or a cheap single cookie?? Wow. The return flight did not have any entertainment available unless you used your own device and their wifi. The USB plug on the back of the seat did not charge my phone so my battery drained by using it for a short period of time. There was no warning that this was the case prior to boarding the aircraft. Lastly, the plane was freezing. I asked if they had any small blankets (which used to be standard) and was told they were only for the front section. Would never fly AC again!
