I always preferred EVA air every time I visit Philippines. It’s just this time that I have to be very early to make sure that I don’t miss my flight due to TSA problem. There’s only one choice of food serve which you use to have 2 on our flight from Taiwan to Philippines . Otherwise I will still use EVA air in my future flight.

I always preferred EVA air every time I visit Philippines. It’s just this time that I have to be very early to make sure that I don’t miss my flight due to TSA problem. There’s only one choice of food serve which you use to have 2 on our flight from Taiwan to Philippines . Otherwise I will still use EVA air in my future flight.

EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!

Service was great. Flight schedule was on time. Staffs are friendly.

Overall was good but it would be good if the airline is providing snack such as sandwich or instant noodle between meals for LA to Taipei

Organized boarding process, superb food, lovely crew, even arrived early!

Amazing customer service. BUT!! It would be nice if the flight attendants SMILE a little more, I know they are doing their job, but it is importantly to smile back and be warm to passengers. Nobody is trying to hit on them, it’s just being polite. So, please Taiwanese flight attendants: SMILE MORE WHEN YOU INTERACT WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS

More new and classic movies in English. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Nore, clearer information during boarding to customers.

It was easy going check in was easy and pretty fast entertainment was up to date on movies and food was ok

Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.

From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.
