The crew was friendly and attentive. Excellent food: sandwich and warm cookie handed out on a 2.5hour flight! Would definitely fly Air North again.
We left a half hour late and there was no food or snacks offered-,not even the crappy pretzels. The flight itself was smooth tho and the crew was nice.
Lots of leg room, no fee for seat selection at check in, good food service and punctuality
My row seemed to have more leg room and I didn't pay extra for it. Air North offers a meal at no extra cost. There was no entertainment available, but that wasn't an issue as most people have options on their phones. The crew was friendly. Air North offers air travel the way it used to be and that is a welcome and pleasant surprise.
Air North is one of the easiest airlines to fly with. Lots of room and great service. Always provide you food.
My interaction with air north was great, Their customer servicr was easy to get a hold.of, Managed to speak with a person, they were very polite and helpful, However I messed up the date with the ticket purchase, Since I used a third party I could not change the date. And trying to contact Kayak and the other third party was a nightmarez So I am unlikely to use a third party again.
Customer server was excellent. The flight was extremely affordable, and my seat was both comfortable and spacious.
Terrible customer service - no interest in being helpful, limited service hours, unwilling to transfer checked baggage of provide advice. Not recommended.
Supposed to fly out at 10am to Kelowna….got delayed until 1:40 and missed an important meeting. I ended up having g to stay over. Should have just driven.

O’Hare is a joke of a decrepit old airport. The amount of times I’ve circled that stupid place in an airplane is ridiculous. Wait in the air for a runway, wait on the tarmac for a gate…give up on O’Hare as a hub already. It can’t handle air traffic on a warm, clear, June day
check in for premium economy very nice. Friendly attendants. Best security video ever. Seriously. That's about it. Not a good bang for the premium economy buck, to be truthful. I had hoped/expected for a little more.
Delayed 2 and a half hours Middle seat next to a majorly overweight guy who took up most of my seat
The meal options were ok but the actual food was terrible. On my return journey, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option and somehow struggled to give me dinner and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Not having ANY vegetarian meal was surprising and never had such an experience in the recent years.
Every flight was canceled and they didn’t care much about their passengers
