Cons: Like mentioned previously, long delays, followed by a snafu in the boarding process forcing a manual check in of all passengers. net outcome: 1.5h delay. First experience counts, in my case it was a mediocre one.

Cons: The agent spents too much time attempting to rearrange the line up rather than help guests check-in, causing a backlog. When issues were brought to them, they seemed disinterested in solving the problem - water was spilled in line and when brought to the agents attention she seemed annoyed.

Cons: Best check in. Allowed earlier flight for a fee which turned out to be 30 minutes delayed but overall excellent check in and crew. Love porter

Cons: Our checked in bags did not come out on the carousel, instead they had been sitting on the ground beside another carousel - with no notification. There was a handful of us waiting 30+ mins for our bags and no one around to assist.

Pros: Seamless checkin and boarding. Captain got us home 20mins early. Love Porter!

The inconsistent communication ‘tween screens, loud speaker, & sent to my phone lead me to wait on line to speak to the person at the gate for clarity-when my turn came he did not help me but some pushy other passenger despite my protest

Cons: I was caught off guard to find out at time of check-in that I had to pay a substantial amount for carry-on when I had specifically asked for a carry-on not just a personal item when booking my reservation. I ended up paying more than saving where I could gone with another company.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pros: I like everything this airline has to offer. I'm 5'11" and the seat spacing provided enough leg room for comfort. The snacks were generously provided as well as the drinks. Flight attendants were courteous and professional. Complementary cocktails were aN added bonus. The flight was very short (40mins) so no entertainment which is why I ranked it low/NA. Waiting area between layover was very nice as well. I would definitely patronize this airline again.

Cons: The crew was very attentive to the passenger beside me who was demanding. Unfortunately, their attention meant they overlooked my requests and forgot to provide me with a drink. Also, for a 10am flight, other passengers should know not to arrive before 8am. The counter at doesn't open before then.
